Role Description Rejoignez la Communauté de Communes de Miribel et du Plateau, un territoire attractif à 15 km de Lyon – 10 min en TER depuis la gare Part-Dieu. La Communauté de Communes de Miribel et du Plateau conduit de nombreux projets au service de ses habitants. Pour accompagner ces ambitions, nous recherchons un(e) Responsable du service Finances capable de piloter la stratégie budgétaire de la collectivité et d'accompagner les services dans leurs projets. En rejoignant la CCMP, vous intégrez une collectivité à taille humaine où les circuits de décision sont courts et où votre expertise contribuera directement aux choix et à la conduite des politiques publiques. Vos missions principales : - Rattaché(e) au Directeur(trice) des Ressources et Moyens Généraux, vous assurez le pilotage du service Finances et garantissez la fiabilité de l'exécution budgétaire et comptable. - Piloter le service Finances : - Encadrer, accompagner et animer l'équipe comptable - Organiser et superviser l'activité du service - Garantir la qualité et la sécurisation des procédures comptables et budgétaires - Élaborer et suivre la stratégie budgétaire : - Préparer les budgets de la collectivité en lien avec les services - Élaborer les budgets primitifs, décisions modificatives, comptes administratifs et documents réglementaires - Assurer le suivi de l'exécution budgétaire et proposer les ajustements nécessaires - Superviser les opérations de fin d'exercice (reports, rattachements, restes à réaliser, amortissements, provisions...) - Accompagner les services et les projets : - Conseiller les responsables de services dans le suivi de leurs crédits - Participer à la sécurisation financière des projets communautaires - Superviser l'exécution financière des marchés publics - Garantir la qualité de la gestion financière : - Assurer le suivi des régies - Superviser les déclarations de TVA, FCTVA et les procédures liées à la fiscalité - Assurer le suivi de l'inventaire patrimonial - Entretenir les relations avec le Service de Gestion Comptable - Participer à la modernisation et à l'amélioration continue des procédures financières Qualifications - Formation supérieure en finances publiques ou gestion (Bac +2 à Bac +5) - Expérience significative en finances publiques locales - Bonne maîtrise des règles budgétaires et comptables des collectivités - Connaissances des nomenclatures budgétaires, des marchés publics et du fonctionnement des collectivités territoriales Requirements - Capacité d'organisation - Sens de l'analyse et de la rigueur - Aptitude à piloter et fédérer une équipe - Sens du dialogue et du conseil - Esprit d'initiative et force de proposition - Discrétion et sens du service public

Role Description Take client management off the founders' plates for an SEO/AI search agency. We're MADX Digital, a digital marketing agency delivering SEO and AI search services for SaaS, fintech, crypto, and broader technology companies. After five years of strong growth, we hit a rough patch. Higher interest rates caused a wave of churn across the SaaS sector, forcing us to downsize and rebuild from a skeleton crew. That's behind us now. We're profitable again, signing long-term contracts, and our pipeline is healthy. My co-founder Perry and I run a hybrid delivery model that blends an internal team with specialist partners for each pillar, supported by AI tools we've built in-house to turn client inputs into consistent outputs. Right now, the bottleneck is us. Client management keeps landing back on our desks, and while our existing account executives are excellent at executing SOPs, they struggle when the conversation moves into grey areas. That's why we're hiring an SEO/AI Search Account Manager. You'll manage a portfolio of up to 10 clients, acting as the link between them and our delivery teams, translating requirements into briefs, reviewing outputs, and handling all the judgement calls that don't fit neatly into a checklist.
