Role Description We are seeking a Google Ads Manager to join our client’s remote performance team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing Google Ads (Search & YouTube), Meta Ads, and Local Services Ads. This role requires deep platform knowledge, a track record of delivering profitable campaigns, and the ability to lead or mentor a team. You’ll be expected to: - Own campaign performance - Develop media plans - Optimize at scale - Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive client success Experience in a digital marketing agency is required, preferably in the U.S. Experience in the healthcare niche is preferred. What you’ll be doing: - Develop and execute paid ad strategies across Google Search, YouTube, Meta Ads, and LSAs - Monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize ROAS, conversions, and lead generation - Use data-driven insights to analyze performance, refine strategies, and achieve client goals - Conduct creative, audience, and budget A/B testing to enhance campaign performance - Learn and implement the client’s proprietary program and campaign setup to align with their systems - Generate detailed performance reports with actionable insights for clients and internal teams Qualifications - 3-5 years of experience managing paid ad campaigns on Google - Proficiency with Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and other relevant tools - Proven track record in optimizing campaigns for ROAS and lead generation - Strong written and verbal English communication skills - Comfortable with video calls for client communication - Willingness to learn new systems and approaches unique to the client’s processes - Experience in a digital marketing agency is required, preferably in the U.S. - Experience in the healthcare niche is preferred Requirements - Position: Google Ads Manager - Remote Status: Fully Remote - Working Hours: 9 am to 5 pm MT - Salary: USD 2000 - 2200 per month - Internal Job ID: 1389

Role Description As an Account Manager in our Electrophysiology (EP) business, your core objective is to drive the success of the EP portfolio within your designated territory in Norway.
