• Perform installation, commissioning, and maintenance of Socomec’s electrical and power systems, including UPS, energy storage, and critical power solutions • Diagnose and resolve technical issues to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence • Collaborate with clients to provide tailored solutions that meet their specific needs • Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards while exceeding performance benchmarks
• Develop and execute sales strategies: Create & deploy annual Sales/Account Action plans to reach your Budget and meet company objectives. • Drive new business opportunities and exceed sales targets: Deliver consistent performance through proactive prospecting, strategic account development, and disciplined pipeline management. • Nurture ESS Key Accounts: be in a long term partnership mindset, provide high level service & support, anticipate customer needs, propose corrective actions if needed and negotiate broader commercial agreements. • Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and key decision-makers to foster long-term business growth. • Lead technical solution sales activities: On-site and remotely, qualifying opportunities/accounts and working with pre-sales teams to deliver tailored, competitive quotations. • Support other BUs internal sales teams/Channels with tailored account strategies, value propositions, and participation in key presentations and client meetings. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Pre-sales, Project Management, Engineering, R&D, and Manufacturing to deliver solutions that meet customer needs. • Monitor on market trends and competitor activities to anticipate changes, adapt strategies accordingly and identify growth opportunities. • Manage the sales pipeline and reporting by providing accurate forecasts and leveraging CRM tools (Salesforce) for visibility and efficiency. • Promote the Company’s brand and core values through professional representation, compliance with the company policy and consistent engagement with the market.
• In this role, the focus is on ensuring that the priorities within the assigned scope are effectively addressed while deploying the Business Line strategy across the region to achieve our sales and profitability ambitions. • Maximize sales & profitability of existing offers: • Identify needs for adaptation and additions to the existing offer to better meet local customer needs and regulations/standards; build profitability analyses to submit business plans to the BL marketing team. • Contribute to the annual “Performance” plan and local structuring (customer action plan, communication plan, commercial plan). • Identify new end-user segments, applications, and/or channels. • Support country/region marketing teams in lobbying activities with local regulatory/standardization bodies. • Contribute to the introduction of new offers in regional/country markets: • Identify growth ambitions related to new offers: market analysis (PAM), set target market share, associated pricing, identify key success factors (training, specifications, business model evolution), be the voice of the region in the project process. • Ensure and support the launch of new products (4Ps). • Support marketing, sales, and specification activities in countries/regions: • Support countries in major communications & prescription events (trade shows, client seminars). • Participate in the S&OP process and highlight major changes. • Support country sales teams on major projects (escalation, T&C, technical-commercial offers, product & service).Support salespeople in deploying the “Performance” plan (in the field). • Contribute to identifying and building new profitable growth opportunities: • Support market intelligence activities: evaluation of TAM/PAM/SAM (LISA tool). • Contribute to the preparation of growth plans: expanding PAM, key success factors, adapting the business model / Document profitability analyses / Support implementation. • Regularly assess pricing with countries/marketing and propose major changes in pricing positioning (or discount policy). Measure the impact of these changes.
• Develop an in-depth knowledge of Socomec’s Power Switching & Monitoring (PSM) product range • Manage and support existing partners within the territory, assisting with their day-to-day commercial and technical activities • Generate and develop sales opportunities for PSM products within the territory • Prepare, manage, and follow up on quotations • Act as a PSM specialist, working closely with pre-sales and technical teams to ensure customer expectations are met • Present new Socomec technologies to major end users, consultants, design-and-build contractors, and specifiers • Collaborate with colleagues across Critical Power, Energy Efficiency, Power Control & Safety, and Energy Storage • Develop a strong understanding of how Socomec products integrate within a customer’s electrical infrastructure • Undertake any other reasonable duties as required by the company
• Dagelijkse commerciële aansturing van het PSM-team en ondersteuning van de Managing Director NL. • Realiseren van omzet- en margebudgetten en borgen van duurzame, winstgevende groei. • Ontwikkelen van samenwerking met UPS, Energy Storage en Expert Services team om waar mogelijk gecombineerde oplossingen te positioneren. • Samenwerken met Specification- en IKA-teams ter ondersteuning van de Nederlandse verkoopstrategie. • Opstellen en uitvoeren van het PSM verkoopplan voor Nederland (projecten én distributie/run-rate).
• Oversee and coordinate all field service activities for Socomec’s low voltage products in the assigned region. • Ensure timely and effective execution of service orders (, commissioning, preventive and corrective maintenance, emergency response). • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as the primary escalation point for complex technical or service issues. • Drive customer satisfaction and retention through proactive communication, site visits, and regular performance reviews. • Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate a team of field service engineers and technicians (including third-party contractors as needed). • In collaboration with NAM Technical Advanced Support (TAS) develop and implement training plans to ensure technical competency and safety compliance. • Plan and allocate resources to meet service demand, optimize scheduling, and ensure efficient use of labor and materials. • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time, first-time fix rate, customer satisfaction, service revenue, and cost control. • Directly influence revenue recognition, cost management, and contract (new business) acquisition through effective service delivery and customer engagement. • Support sales and business development by identifying service opportunities and assisting with proposals and customer presentations. • Champion a safety-first culture; ensure all team members adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies. • Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations as required. • Maintain up-to-date certifications and training for all team members.
• Your product portfolio consists of innovative switching components for managing and protecting low-voltage installations and products for monitoring and improving energy efficiency in buildings and installations • You are responsible for managing existing customers and acquiring new accounts within your region • You develop and maintain long-term customer relationships at both the operational and strategic levels • To this end, you maintain commercial contacts with panel builders, installation companies, OEMs, consultants, and end users • In addition, you manage the quotation process, conduct negotiations, and, in collaboration with the internal sales department, supervise the follow-up of projects • You actively approach potential customers and analyze the market using customer information obtained from the sales department to generate leads, a quotation pipeline, and orders • For technical issues, you are able to provide customers with adequate advice and translate the proposed solution into an order • You work closely with your colleagues in internal sales and application engineering. In this role, you'll be responsible for optimal collaboration to achieve the assigned region, contracts, and objectives (sales targets and customer satisfaction) • You'll proactively and creatively contribute to developing and growing the service proposition • You'll collaborate daily with the local team in Houten and international colleagues at our factories in France.
