• Develop an in-depth knowledge of Socomec’s Power Switching & Monitoring (PSM) product range • Manage and support existing partners within the territory, assisting with their day-to-day commercial and technical activities • Generate and develop sales opportunities for PSM products within the territory • Prepare, manage, and follow up on quotations • Act as a PSM specialist, working closely with pre-sales and technical teams to ensure customer expectations are met • Present new Socomec technologies to major end users, consultants, design-and-build contractors, and specifiers • Collaborate with colleagues across Critical Power, Energy Efficiency, Power Control & Safety, and Energy Storage to maximise the value of each opportunity • Develop a strong understanding of how Socomec products integrate within a customer’s electrical infrastructure • Clearly articulate the technical and financial benefits of Socomec solutions and how these compare to competing offers
• The DTC Key Account Manager is responsible for the long-term development, profitable growth, collaboration, and life cycle management of targeted hyperscaler & NeoCloud customers within the Data Centers segment. • The role focuses on building trusted relationships, driving specification activities, and ensuring alignment with global strategies to deliver value to both customers and Socomec. • Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with US based Neoclouds clients & one hyperscaler. • Establish Socomec as a thought leader within the client base. • Anticipate mid- and long-term customer needs, ensuring satisfaction and implementing corrective actions for at-risk accounts. • Create and execute strategies to fully develop customer relationships. • Demonstrate a client-centric approach, proactively anticipating and acting on business needs. • Consistently meet or exceed established “sales” targets for key accounts. • Define and manage sales budgets for targeted key accounts. • Identify new business opportunities within key accounts, both from Socomec HQ and North American entities. • Prepare accurate and competitive quotes tailored to customer needs. • Successfully manage technical promotions and participate in the customer design cycle. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the US and HQ France. • Coordinate with the global key account team for alignment on global product launches and international customer strategies. • Integrate feedback from global stakeholders to shape product evolution and customer engagement strategies. • Participate in cross-regional account planning and strategic reviews led by international cluster teams. • Deliver customized sales presentations and marketing materials in collaboration with the Marketing and Global Account teams. • Communicate clearly with customers, prospects, and colleagues at all levels of the organization. • Apply excellent interpersonal skills to develop professional relationships and quickly gain credibility and trust. • Fully utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to document all customer and prospect interactions. • Submit required reports (expenses, mileage, sales plans, etc.) in a timely manner. • Adhere to all company policies, including health and safety.
• You are responsible for the sales of energy storage solutions (converters, batteries, containerized systems, etc.) in the C&I (Commercial & Industrial), EV charging infrastructure (EVCI) and off‑grid segments • You technically analyze customer requirements and develop suitable solutions • You build and grow a sustainable customer portfolio in Germany and Austria • You ensure achievement of your sales targets through consistent follow‑up • Responsibility for revenue and margin in your territory, including regular reporting • Active acquisition of new customers as well as identification and development of key accounts • Conduct regular customer visits (~200/year) • Technical consulting for engineering firms and decision-makers (prescription) • Build and develop a qualified sales/proposal pipeline • Participate in national and international tender processes • Monitor the market and provide structured feedback to marketing and management • Attend trade fairs, events and sales activities in Germany and Austria
• Achieving specification of Socomec energy‑efficiency systems with consultants and end‑users • Delivering CPD‑accredited lunch & learn sessions and customer events • Preparing tenders and quotations based on technical specifications, schematics, or site visits • Managing and developing the System Integrator Programme in the UK • Supporting regional sales engineers with expert knowledge on energy efficiency solutions • Contributing to product development through customer feedback, pricing insight and market intelligence • Leading customer audits to demonstrate the financial benefits of granular energy monitoring • Act as a technical expert for energy‑efficiency applications and market dynamics • Coordinate closely with internal UK Sales Teams and the Energy Efficiency Business Application team • Support new product launches, pricing updates, and promotional activities • Lead the UK strategy for energy‑efficiency solutions in key market segments • Conduct and develop energy audits (target: 12 per year) • Represent Socomec at trade shows, consultant events, and partner sessions.
• Perform installation, commissioning, and maintenance of Socomec’s electrical and power systems, including UPS, energy storage, and critical power solutions • Diagnose and resolve technical issues to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence • Collaborate with clients to provide tailored solutions that meet their specific needs • Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards while exceeding performance benchmarks
• Consistently meet or exceed established key performance indicators (KPI’s) and assigned sales targets • Lead, develop, support, and motivate a team of manufacturer’s sales reps to achieve identified targets • Develop, support, and motivate a team of Distributor sales reps to achieve identified targets • Establish and develop a sales pipeline and rolling sales forecast; review it monthly with the National Sales Manager, Canada • Utilize business acumen to thoroughly analyze the market to define sales goals, strategies, and programs; take account ownership at key target customers • Develop annual account sales plan to achieve company sales growth goals for the market • Identify key target customers, including new prospects and emerging / past customers with growth potential; develop and implement field selling strategies for growing sales to each target account; successfully manage sales promotions • Identify and develop target segments through internal and external business partners • Customize and deliver sales presentations, promotional materials and other marketing information to customers and prospects, in collaboration with Socomec’s Marketing Team • Liaise with Marketing department on pricing analysis and positioning • Partner with Technical Sales Support Team on technical presentations and application of Socomec products • Apply excellent interpersonal skills, working effectively with all levels of the organization and to develop professional relationships with current and prospective customers; quickly gain credibility and trust through all interactions • Partner with distributors and customers’ engineering staff to get Socomec products specified; identify and participate in the customer design cycle • Increase the level of Socomec OEM business, based on mutually developed company strategy and business plan • Prepare accurate and competitive quotes specific to customer needs and, in relation to special initiatives • Demonstrate a client-centric approach--proactively anticipate and act on business needs • Utilize product knowledge to solve application problems that the customer may encounter • Assist OEMs in the technical design and implementation of their products through the production stage, while promoting Socomec products • Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers regarding new or improved Socomec products and other opportunities in the channel; effectively manage customer expectations through clear communication about any potential issues or delays and their impact, well in advance • Conduct Socomec product training sessions; provide product updates to distributors and OEMs • Participate in trade events; use professional networking to advance the Socomec brand and value proposition • Fully utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software (i.e., Salesforce) to document all customer and prospect interactions • Submit all reports (e.g., expenses, mileage, Salesforce, channel analysis, sales plans, etc.) in a timely manner as required • Adhere to all Company policies (including health and safety)
