• Own and close large enterprise deals ($100K+ ARR) through multi-touch sales cycles • Partner with Marketing and Product teams to align messaging and GTM execution • Coach AEs through complex negotiations and long sales timelines • Monitor performance via Salesforce and Gong, identifying areas for optimization • Collaborate with revenue leadership on growth strategy and outbound motion • Help refine sales processes, playbooks, and team enablement efforts

Job Requirements

  • 6+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including 2+ years managing deals or reps
  • Deep experience closing multi-stakeholder, enterprise-level opportunities
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Gong.io, and other modern sales tools
  • A strategic mindset and collaborative leadership style
  • Availability to work Eastern Time Zone hours
