• Achieving sales and utilization quotas in the assigned territory. • Performing territory penetration, coverage and account identification to drive sales and increase the customer base for Sofwave’s products, through targeted, regular visits to customer offices. • Providing training, presentations and demonstrations to customers on application and use of Sofwave’s products using effective communication and sales techniques. • Educating customers regarding the indications, contraindications, and safety of Sofwave’s products, and how they fulfill customer needs. • Educating and supporting customers with marketing strategies including, but not limited to, website development, internal office branding, and external marketing strategies. • Supporting the facilitation and execution of regional training workshops and tradeshows within the territory. • Pre-planning sales calls and maintaining efficient time management skills to ensure maximum customer contact and highest levels of customer service. • Completing administrative responsibilities including, but not limited to, business plans, expense reports, territory account profiles, and customer databases. Manage day-to-day sales administration activities in a timely manner e.g. Salesforce.com updates and data entry. • Maintaining updated knowledge of the industry, competition, and competitive products. • Developing and maintaining supportive, productive and collaborative relationships at all levels within the organization. • Participating in industry trade shows, meetings, etc. • Maintaining compliance with all applicable quality and regulatory guidelines. • Maintain consistent communication with appropriate team members and counterparts on all territory and regional matters, including accurate forecasting. • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and consistently represent Sofwave with integrity, ethics, honesty, loyalty, and professionalism.
• A Territory Manager is responsible for collaborating with the Area Sales Manager (ASM) and identify, pursue, build relationships, secure new business opportunities, and achieve business goals within an assigned geographic region. • Identify new potential clients and establish several daily touchpoints with these businesses through calls, emails, and in-person visits to build relationships and generate interest. • Proactively follow up with prospects to maintain engagement and move them through the sales funnel. • Accompany the ASM on prospects visits and meetings to observe, learn, and gain first-hand experience in sales, strategies, relationships building, and closing techniques. • Set up and coordinate daily meetings with prospects to discuss their needs and present solutions, ensuring a steady pipeline of opportunities within the assigned territory. • Backfill the ASM during customer events, workshops and tradeshows to represent the company, engaging with attendees, and addressing inquiries to ensure a seamless experience. • Work alongside the ASM to input, track, and update all prospect interactions in Salesforce. • Ensure data accuracy and maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline to support informed decision-making and reporting. • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all activities.
• The Area Sales Manager is responsible for the sale in their respective territories of the Company’s products and reach internal sales goals. • They are also responsible for building positive relationships with practitioners and staff. • This position will also contribute to developing and implementing sales strategies aligned with Company positioning and messaging. • Achieving capital equipment quota for the assigned territory. • Applying professional and ethical sales techniques to close sales in assigned territory. • Acquiring product knowledge through product training and competitive analysis. • Creating awareness and demand for the company’s products. • Identifying prospective customers by following leads from existing customers, and participating in company activities. • Engaging prospective customers, on a daily basis, both in person and through other methods (text, phone calls, email, video calls, in-person visits, etc.), providing technical and administrative product information, quoting appropriate customer prices and closing deals. • Maintaining all quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations. • Maintaining communications with internal personnel to ensure efforts are in line with objectives. • Monitoring and sharing as appropriate market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales trends. • Negotiating details of contracts and payments within Company policies and Guidelines. • Supporting customer success after sales or contract execution to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support. • Coordinating with Sofwave Marketing to promote products and services via events, dinners, etc. • Performing other duties as assigned.
• The Clinical Educator will manage clinical operations in their assigned territory. • This will include product installation and training to customers, clinical complaint management, field sales support and continuing education, with the overall goal of achieving company sales objectives within their regions while maintaining the efficacy. • The Clinical Educator has general responsibilities for all aspects of customer training management in the assigned territory. • This includes meeting with regional sales team and assisting with achieving the territory sales quotas and objectives. • Deliver customer training on company equipment using demonstrated ability to perform installation and training sessions. • Develop proficiency through comprehensive home office and field training and administer customer training per the installation and training presentations, Quick Reference Guides, and available resources using the currently approved treatment parameters. • Implement effective follow-up training to ensure and monitor efficacy, while developing physician(s) and staff advocates within the practice. • Manage territory clinical operations with regards to reinforcing good clinical practice, investigating, and resolving clinical complaints, and maintaining sales organization education standards. • Support sales organization practice marketing efforts to drive pulse pack sales to ensure accounts within territory are performing the required internal and external promotion for device procedures. • Support capital representative for regional sales related activities when needed, i.e., clinical evaluations, demos, workshops. • Time management is essential, especially towards the end of month/quarter/year. • Support customer clinical research activities as a field clinical research liaison. • Maintain updated knowledge of the industry and competitive products, especially in laser/energy-based devices. • 70-85% travel required to customer accounts, patient seminars, trade shows, workshops, special events, or other field co-travel. • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and represent Sofwave Medical with high integrity, ethics, honesty, loyalty, and professionalism. • Always include professional standard of dress and courtesy. • Maintain consistent communication with VP of Clinical Education, Regional Sales Manager (s), Regional Sales Director (s) and sales team on all matters related to the territory. • Completing clinical administrative responsibilities including, updating clinical account activities in Sofwave Medical’s computer customer database.
• Serve as a primary resource for sales teams and customers, providing product and clinical information. • Support the development of product positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation. • Collaborate with Product and Clinical teams to translate technical features into customer benefits. • Assist in defining market requirements and collecting user feedback for new and existing products. • Help plan and execute product launches and marketing campaigns in collaboration with internal and regional teams. • Develop marketing tools and assets, including brochures, videos, case studies, and training materials. • Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify opportunities for growth. • Gather insights from customers and field teams to refine messaging and product strategy. • Ensure alignment between marketing, clinical, and commercial teams on product communications. • Own launch readiness plans and cross-functional execution milestones • Build go-to-market strategy and customer value proposition frameworks • Partner with KOLs and clinical/marketing team to develop evidence-based storytelling
