Role Description As a Growth Account Manager, you'll own the commercial growth of an existing portfolio of customers across the DACH market. You'll work closely with Customer Success Managers to: - Identify expansion opportunities - Lead commercial conversations - Renew contracts - Help customers adopt additional products, features, and services that create measurable business value This is not a reactive account management role. You'll proactively analyze customer data, identify buying signals, create structured engagement plans, and build a scalable account growth motion that helps both your customers and Mobilexpense succeed. You'll also play an important role in defining how Account Management evolves as we continue to scale our commercial organization. What You'll Do - Drive Expansion Revenue - Own expansion ARR growth across your customer portfolio - Identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities - Lead commercial conversations from opportunity through negotiation and close - Consistently achieve expansion revenue targets - Develop account growth strategies for your assigned customers - (Co-)Manage customer escalations - Partner With Customer Success - Work closely with Customer Success Managers to identify commercial opportunities - Participate in regular account reviews and success planning - Translate customer success into commercial growth opportunities - Ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the expansion journey - Build a Proactive Growth Motion - Analyse customer usage, CRM insights, and commercial data to uncover new opportunities - Conduct regular business reviews and strategic check-ins with customers - Develop structured touchpoint plans together with Customer Success - Create scalable playbooks for customer engagement and expansion - Shape the Future of Account Management - Help define best practices for customer growth - Improve processes, reporting, and account planning - Share customer insights with Product, Marketing, and Sales - Contribute to building a high-performing commercial organization Qualifications - 4+ years of experience in Commercial Account Management or Customer Success B2B SaaS roles - Experience managing commercial customer relationships and escalations - Proven track record of growing existing accounts through upsell or cross-sell - Strong consultative communication and negotiation skills - Experience in identifying upsell opportunities based on CRM data and customer insights - Native German speaker with professional English proficiency - Analytical mindset and confidence using AI and technology to improve productivity Nice to Have - Experience working closely with Customer Success teams - Additional SaaS or subscription business experience - Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms - Background in HR Tech, FinTech, Expense Management, ERP, or related software Benefits - Build a new function and help shape how Account Management operates within a growing European SaaS company - High ownership: freedom to develop your own account strategies and identify opportunities - Make a visible impact on customer growth, revenue expansion, and long-term company success - Work across the business with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Sales, and Leadership - Grow with Mobilexpense as it continues to scale - Competitive salary and performance-based bonus partially focused on expansion ARR growth

• Achieve and exceed sales targets, pipeline goals and revenue forecasts • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from opportunity identification through to contract management of large project rollouts • Develop compelling value propositions aligned to government priorities such as digital transformation, cost control and citizen service improvement • Own and develop strategic relationships with key Federal Government agencies and departments • Create and execute account plans to drive revenue growth, retention and customer satisfaction • Actively manage the development of key reports and lead regular customer account reviews with major contract customers • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within assigned accounts and across the broader Federal Government landscape • Position mailing, logistics, document management and tracking solutions as critical enablers of service delivery, compliance, and efficiency • Navigate Commonwealth procurement frameworks (e.g., AusTender, panels, standing offers) • Build relationships with procurement teams, policy leads, and senior decision-makers • Ensure compliance with government policies, legal requirements, and contractual obligations • Manage tender responses, RFPs and RFQs • Engage and influence senior stakeholders (SES, Directors, program leads) • Act as the trusted advisor to clients, understanding their operational and strategic objectives • Coordinate cross-functional internal teams (sales, product, operations, service delivery) to deliver seamless customer outcomes • Maintain strong awareness of Federal Government priorities, policy changes, and budget cycles • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends in mailing, logistics, document management and tracking technologies • Provide insights to inform product development, go-to-market strategies, and sales planning
