We’re looking for a Senior Sales Executive – Hospitality to join our ever-evolving Sales team and help shape the future of global commerce. As a Sr. Sales Executive, Hospitality, you will be charged with developing and managing an identified market segment that is strategic to Global Payments’ long-term growth objectives. You will be involved in: - Identifying new target segments - Collecting information to assist in developing product solutions - Understanding the revenue possibilities available to Global Payments on an annual basis - Forming partnerships with key influencers in your segment In this role, you will: - Effectively manage time and multiple priorities - Be organized and self-motivated - Successfully achieve a quota - Be responsible for new account development - Close business with new merchants - Use professional concepts to develop resolutions to critical issues - Identify new merchant targets and key contacts, loading into Salesforce.com - Consistently achieve quota and proactively manage opportunities - Sell to C-level executives within target segments Qualifications - Established relationships and knowledge of Hospitality merchant payments processing experience - 8+ years’ experience selling to financial decision makers within the Hospitality sector (CFO, Controller, Finance Manager, Director of Finance) - Proven ability to sell business technology solutions to large Hospitality companies - Excellent presentation and writing skills - Ability to thrive in a high-performance team - Ability to travel up to 50% Benefits - Competitive compensation - Estimated annual salary range upon hire: $112,400.00 - $167,150.00 - Salary determined by experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training EEOC Statement Worldpay is an equal opportunity employer. Role Description Estamos buscando un/a Líder de Equipo de Ventas B2C, dinámico y orientado a resultados, para liderar a nuestro equipo LATAM en la venta de nuestro producto en el mercado latinoamericano. - Cumplir la cuota de ventas del equipo liderando a un equipo de hasta 12 asesores de ventas. - Contratar, capacitar, motivar y controlar el desempeño de tu equipo de ventas. - Implementar cambios en el flujo de trabajo junto con el Head of Sales y el Sales Country Manager. - Realizar capacitaciones grupales y sesiones de coaching individual para los miembros del equipo. - Cumplir los objetivos de ventas del mercado LATAM. - Asegurar que todos los procesos y normativas sean seguidos por el equipo (gestión de leads en el CRM, uso correcto del script). - Entregar reportes sobre el desempeño del equipo. Qualifications - Dominio del idioma español. - Experiencia en telemarketing o ventas B2C (3+ años). - Experiencia en gestión de equipos de ventas (3+ años). - Habilidades de análisis de datos. - Experiencia en coaching y acompañamiento de equipos de ventas. - Excelentes habilidades blandas y de comunicación. - Experiencia trabajando con CRM. - Profesional altamente motivado y orientado a objetivos, con historial comprobado en gestión de ventas. - Experiencia en Educación, EdTech, Tech, Marketing, SaaS B2C o Seguros es un plus. Benefits - Pago base de 1700 USD Gross + comisiones.
