• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for software products and services. • Drive LiveEO's expansion through consultative selling and delivering value to promote each clients' success. • Proactively generate and manage a strong sales pipeline through independent prospecting, outreach, and networking, focusing on acquiring new clients (logos) and driving business growth. • Utilize MEDDPICC and Value-Based Selling to uncover customer pain points, align solutions with their business value, and optimize the sales pipeline, driving higher conversion rates and shortening sales cycles to consistently exceed revenue targets. • Understand customer needs through Discovery, identify pain points affecting infrastructure operators (electricity T&D, railway, pipelines) and propose solutions that provide value to their business. • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the software’s capabilities. • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits and cash flow while ensuring customer satisfaction. • Keep abreast of industry trends, market activities, and competitors’ strategies to stay competitive. • Provide timely and detailed reports on sales activities, pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics. • Work closely with the customer success team to ensure successful implementation and adoption of the software. • Work closely with LiveEO’s Marketing team to define and execute demand generation and awareness building plans. • Participate in conferences and professional events to network and promote the company’s software solutions.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in B2B Enterprise software sales, preferably with exposure to the utilities and energy market.
- Strong track record of selling software in a consultative manner.
- Expert deal qualification, using formal deal qualification methodologies (MEDDPICC).
- Proven ability to consistently hit revenue targets and surpass quotas.
- Experience in accelerating sales by leveraging the power of CRM systems and demand gen automation.
- Excellent analytical skills combined with a solution-oriented mindset and hands-on mentality.
- Independent work style, combined with a high willingness to take responsibility.
- Experience with quarterly objective setting motions including Quarterly Business Reviews and Objectives and Key Results.
- Willing to travel and actively participate in on-site meetings, conferences, and events to represent LiveEO (50%+).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Based in the United Kingdom.
- Experience in the geospatial industry is a plus.
