Senior Institutional Business Development Manager – Government Program – EU

• Drive LiveEO’s positioning as a trusted capability partner within the European institutional ecosystems (e.g. EC, ESA, EDA) and NATO, by embedding our satellite-based intelligence capabilities into key EU and NATO security and space programs and funding streams. • Ensure LiveEO is not just participating in programs, but actively shaping and capturing them - translating top-down policy priorities (e.g. sovereignty, resilience, security) into funded initiatives, direct procurement and product direction for AI analytics and LiveEO’s planned Twinspector satellite constellation. • Build and maintain relationships with European institutions and stakeholders (EC, ESA, EDA, etc.) • Position LiveEO in early-stage program discussions and working groups • Ensure LiveEO becomes a default participant in relevant EU and NATO security and space initiatives and secure large multi-year contracts and direct procurement opportunities • Identify and shape opportunities within EDF, Horizon Europe, ESA programs • Develop and orchestrate strategic consortia and partnerships • Translate policy and funding priorities into concrete opportunities and proposals • Feed institutional insights into product strategy and positioning, support shaping of projects

• Own the full sales cycle across Central and Eastern Europe, from prospecting and first contact through to commercial negotiation and close • Build a pipeline of new business opportunities with utilities, TSOs, DSOs, rail operators, and gas and pipeline companies across the region • Establish LiveEO's brand and presence in Central and Eastern European infrastructure markets through customer engagement, events and partner relationships • Lead discovery conversations that connect customer pain — vegetation risk, pipeline integrity, asset monitoring — to the Treeline and Surface Scout solutions • Develop and deliver compelling proposals, business cases and demonstrations tailored to each customer and market • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder procurement processes including tenders and framework agreements • Work closely with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success and product teams to ensure delivery confidence and strong handoffs • Maintain accurate and current records in HubSpot — pipeline, next steps, close dates and deal notes • Feed market intelligence, competitive landscape and customer feedback back to the broader team • Represent LiveEO at regional industry events and conferences across Central and Eastern Europe

• Strategic Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and research high-value accounts using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lemlist, and AI-driven intent data to map out complex organizational structures. • Omnichannel Outreach: Contact potential leads via email, phone, and social media to introduce the company’s products or services. Potential to be creative with messaging and outreach. • Qualification of Leads: Assess the needs and potential of leads to determine their suitability for the company's offerings — you are uncovering business pain points and ensuring every discovery call you set is high-value. • Conference & Events: Travel to conferences and trade-shows to represent the company (20% Travel).
