On cherche un·e top motion designer : quelqu'un dont le travail se voit à la première seconde — animation, finition, sens du détail dignes d'un univers luxe. Missions - Motion design short-form premium : animations, transitions, habillage animé, kinetic typography - Habillage complet de contenus sociaux : titrages animés, lower-thirds, éléments graphiques, packshots produit animés - Direction visuelle cohérente avec l'ADN de la marque (palette, typo, rythme, matières) - Adaptation aux tendances et formats natifs de chaque plateforme (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) - Itérations rapides selon les retours de la marque - Respect strict des codes visuels et du niveau de finition luxe Qualifications - Track record solide en motion design premium — le portfolio fait la décision - Maîtrise After Effects (bonus : Cinema 4D / Blender, Illustrator, expressions, plugins d'animation) - Sens esthétique haut de gamme : timing d'animation, colorimétrie, typographie, sound design - Connaissance concrète des codes et formats TikTok / Reels / Shorts - Anglais professionnel (briefs et contenus en anglais) - Autonomie totale, réactivité, capacité à livrer dans des délais courts Requirements - Showreel / portfolio à jour (lien obligatoire), idéalement avec des exemples de motion short-form. Title: Distribution Designer Location: Owings Mills United States Job Description: The Distribution Designer supports utility design work for electric, and potentially gas, distribution systems, with a strong focus on PEPCO projects. In this role, you create detailed construction-ready designs using CAD tools and utility-specific software while ensuring compliance with client and regulatory requirements. You collaborate closely with engineers, project teams, and utility stakeholders in a hybrid work environment as the firm expands into larger, more complex projects such as commercial developments and multi-unit communities.
