Arc Partnership
• Source, attract, and engage active and passive candidates using platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, and specialized healthcare job boards. • Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, technical alignment (e.g., certifications for Medical Assistants), and cultural fit. • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers for multiple positions simultaneously. • Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records and statuses within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). • Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring a transparent, welcoming, and timely candidate journey from application to offer.
Job Requirements
- 1+ years of full-cycle recruitment or sourcing experience, with a strong preference for healthcare, clinical, or high-volume administrative recruiting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and proven recruiting experience).
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and advanced sourcing tools across major platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, SeekOut, etc.).
- Proven track record of building and managing healthy candidate funnels for multiple open roles simultaneously.
- Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills; ability to effectively pre-screen candidates for technical alignment and cultural fit.
- Strong time-management skills with a demonstrated ability to independently manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
