Director – Strategic Partnerships
Cushman & Wakefield
• Lead the development and execution of C&W Services’ Partner Alliance Program • Identify, onboard, and manage a portfolio of strategic partners across commercial growth and service capability expansion • Evaluate partners against the Three C’s framework, focusing on revenue generation and capability enhancement • Plan, facilitate, and lead structured partner workshops (virtual and in-person) • Partner closely with the business development organization to project-manage partner-driven pipeline opportunities • Manage multiple partners and initiatives simultaneously, tracking and reporting key partnership metrics • Collaborate with leadership to define community-focused partnerships and support marketing and partnership announcements
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and/or MBA or advanced degree preferred, but not required
- 7+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, vendor management, business development, program management, or operations
- Prior experience managing or mentoring team members is strongly preferred
- Strong background in project or program management, with experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, operations, marketing, legal, and executive leadership
- Experience in consulting, enablement, or operational roles is a plus
