Job Requirements
- Final-year Master's student or recent graduate (Master's level/Bac +5) from a top business or engineering school
- Entrepreneurial mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, strong curiosity, a taste for challenges, and a strong results orientation
- Proficient in English (minimum B2)

• Maintain a detailed understanding of products and services, assist customers with questions, and suggest the best product offering. • Maximize performance with all NCC products, promote the value of the current active product(s), and upsell additional services and offerings. • Assess attrition reports to identify potential defecting accounts and execute a game plan to retain the business. • Review customer account activity to identify accounts that may not be using NCC services to their volume potential and identify proactive solutions to drive results. • Provide first line of contact and support to all clients and seek to improve all aspects of the customer experience with NCC. • Proactively perform ongoing retention activities, including monthly calls and emails, and monitor usage reports to manage increases or declines. • Assist customers as needed with setting up and navigating programs or software associated with a product during the first 90 days. • Promotion of such usage may include, but not be limited to, regular contact with each user to confirm usage is taking place and proactively assist with the identification and/or resolution of all items that may contribute to minimal or no usage of NCC services. • Leverage account segmentation to consistently exceed monthly revenue goals, achieve KPIs, and maintain an active pipeline
• Sales Support: Collaborate closely with the District Sales Manager to develop sales opportunities within the assigned market. • Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. • Lead account growth strategy and provide regular updates to the District Sales Manager. • Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer needs to provide insights to create new sales initiatives. • Launch new stores, engaging all stakeholders and training all staff. • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and assigned accounts, building strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure a positive and productive relationship. • Proactively address client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction. • Conduct regular check-ins and meetings with accounts to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement and growth. • Develop and execute strategies to achieve or exceed assigned revenue growth and retention targets. • Account Maintenance: Ensure timely contract delivery and resolution of any logistical issues. • Maintain accurate account records in Salesforce, including customer information, communications, and sales activity. • Monitor and track key account metrics, such as GMV growth. • Use data-driven insights to identify trends and recommend actionable solutions. • Team Collaboration: Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments (e.g., merchant support, finance, and customer service) to ensure smooth account management. • Support the District Sales Manager with administrative tasks, reporting, and follow-ups. • Participate in team meetings to share account updates and contribute to strategic planning.
