Senior Sales Account Manager – Beauty and Personal Care

Univar Solutions

• Improve Univar’s position within each account using consultative and in-depth selling at all levels • Prospect for new business by conducting sales calls to actively grow the size of the territory • Focus on customer retention and overall customer satisfaction • Provide customer technical support and consultant services • Maintain a clear updated view of your sales pipeline • Set pricing and service levels • Coordinate with Local Sales, Purchasing, and Operations to ensure proper inventory levels • Demonstrate commitment to safety

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 7+ years of sales experience in the Beauty & Personal Care (raw chemicals) industry
  • Sales experience in manufacturing, distribution, industrial, or chemical industry sales is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree (Technical Science, Chemistry preferred but not required)
  • Ability to nurture an extensive network of contacts
  • Demonstrated competitive drive
  • Strong business savvy
  • Well-honed listening skills and a problem-solving mindset
  • Effective negotiation skills
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory
