• Responsible for measuring, optimizing, and forecasting the performance of multi-channel patient recruitment campaigns across clinical trial portfolios • Translating recruitment data into actionable insights that accelerate enrollment and reduce site burden
Job Requirements
- Advanced Degree plus 3 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of experience in marketing analytics
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau)
- Strong statistical analysis skills including A/B testing, hypothesis testing, and statistical inference
- Experience with BI data architecture and relational database concepts
- Proficiency in data manipulation, cleaning, and automation techniques
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with marketing performance measurement and optimization
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of data governance and quality control processes
- Preferred — Clinical Trial Experience a Plus
- Prior experience in clinical trial patient recruitment, CRO, pharma/biotech, or health system marketing
