• Responsible for designing, executing, and evaluating technical and craft training programs. • Serve as a performance partner to Operations, translating capability gaps into targeted interventions. • Build systems to support craft development and help Operations own outcomes. • Partner with field leaders to identify crew capability gaps and develop training responses. • Verifying that interventions translate into measurable performance and report results in operational terms.

• Support the design and execution of utility-scale energy projects by ensuring civil and structural systems meet project requirements, schedules, and quality standards. • Coordinate with external engineering firms, review and issue plans and specifications, and perform engineering calculations. • Provide technical guidance to support project development and execution. • Collaborate with project teams to identify and resolve design challenges. • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the development of engineering best practices while delivering complex renewable energy projects.

• Lead the execution of electrical studies across a portfolio of concurrent bids and project work. • Set the technical standard: establish study templates and QA/QC practices for the company. • Serve as the primary study point of contact for owners and EOR teams and review third-party study packages for completeness and compliance. • Executes and oversees a variety of power system studies; Short Circuit, Reactive Power Flow, Annualized Energy Loss, and Ampacity studies. • Establishes and maintains study templates, methods, and QA/QC practices across the department. • Reviews and validates EOR study packages for completeness, accuracy, and compliance. • Coordinates with Project Engineering, Estimating, Integrated Supply Chain, and Construction on equipment and material selection across the project lifecycle.

• Actively involved in the full recruitment cycle from initiating hire requisitions through employment offers and onboarding. • Ensure all positions are filled in alignment with company culture, and in a timely manner. • Handle open requisitions with various levels of technical and/or labor market complexity.

• Follows company recruitment program by complying with local, state and federal employment laws and utilizes sourcing and recruiting strategies to ensure that the company can attract the best candidates and determine 'cultural fit' for the position. • Partners with Sourcers to develop sourcing programs ensuring effectiveness, consistency, and compliance with overall strategic planning. • Sources active candidates from online databases, contact lists, internal databases, and employee referrals, and sources passive candidates through networking, cold calling, advertisements, job fairs, and Internet research. • Maintains and grows passive pipeline of candidates, ensures every candidate whether active or passive has a great candidate experience. • Builds company brand by professionally representing the company to all applicants, employment agencies, universities, etc., and works in conjunction with all company employees to provide the highest level of customer service.

Role Description As a Sr. GIS Analyst, you’ll leverage Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to deliver advanced geospatial support across the organization. You’ll lead high-level GIS and data management tasks, including: - Geospatial database maintenance - Workflow automation - Model building - Map and dashboard configuration - Field data collection setup - Data analysis - Web map application development You’ll also provide training and guidance to ensure teams effectively use GIS tools and insights. Qualifications - Four-year degree in Information Technology, Geographical Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent combinations of related education and experience required. - 7 or more years of progressive, related Geographical Information Systems experience required. - Experience operating geographic information systems at an enterprise level with an enterprise geodatabase. - Experience configuring web applications, publishing content, creating groups, and performing complex analytical assignments to meet broad scale business information and decision-support requirements. Requirements - Supports the ArcGIS Enterprise platform including geodatabase management, loading data, creating complex maps and enterprise content. - Configures, publishes, documents, and maintains GIS content and tools (e.g. Experience Builder, Field Maps, Dashboards) using best practices and current technology. - Collaborates with GIS team on planning, strategy, and scheduling GIS enterprise initiatives and aligning with industry best practices. - Upholds high quality standards and a keen eye for QA/QC of data and products including testing new features and pilot projects. - Curates GIS data across projects and sources for the organization. - Supports GIS Manager and GIS Solution Architect in gathering requirements and evaluating GIS solutions. - Travel up to 20% will be required. • Supports cross-functional activities for each gate • Helps prepare gate deliverables and contributes sections to integrated technical + commercial recommendations under direction • Conducts literature and market research and assists with early experiments under guidance • Helps translate concepts into design requirements, specs, BOMs and test plans; owns assigned subsections • Helps plan and execute small pilots; coordinates logistics and on-site data collection

• Provides leadership, technical oversight, and resource management for the SCADA Commissioning function across utility-scale solar projects. • Leads SCADA Commissioning Technicians and ensures successful deployment, integration, and commissioning of SCADA systems. • Serves as the primary liaison between Engineering, Commissioning, Procurement, and third-party vendors. • Partners closely with the Senior Manager – Commissioning, Performance Engineers, Project Engineering, Construction teams, and external stakeholders.
