Role Description We are seeking a high-trajectory Lead Technical Recruiter to join as our founding technical recruiting pillar. This is a unique Player-Coach opportunity designed for a results-driven technical recruiter who wants to remain hands-on closing complex roles today, while explicitly scaling into talent leadership tomorrow. - The Founding Technical Recruiting Blueprint: Design and execute the end-to-end technical hiring strategy. - The Player-Coach Transition: Start by personally driving full-cycle execution for complex tech roles, with the opportunity to transition into a leadership role. - High-Velocity Full-Cycle Execution: Maintain a high volume of active candidates while ensuring an elite candidate experience. - Creative & Inclusive Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to attract and engage high-quality, diverse technical talent. - Data-Driven Funnel Optimization: Provide weekly "Funnel Health" reports and build tracking systems to identify bottlenecks in conversion. - Strategic Talent Advisor: Partner with technical leadership to evaluate team structures and project growth needs. - Strategic Mission Narrative: Develop an understanding of Carrum’s value-based care model to effectively pitch our vision to candidates. Qualifications - 6+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably with 3+ years in a high-growth startup environment. - Leadership ambitions and high emotional intelligence. - Obsessed with funnel optimization and Interview-to-Offer ratios. - Understanding of the nuances between different technical roles. - Ability to articulate the value-based care mission enthusiastically. - Experience leveraging AI-driven sourcing and automated workflows. Requirements - Proven execution in building recruiting processes from scratch. - Passion for mentorship and team performance management. - Ability to operate a technical recruiting pipeline efficiently. - Strong consultative insights to help leadership architect future technical organizations.
