Qualifications - A minimum of 4 years of experience in recruiting with deep knowledge of sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates across various roles. - Experience in the education services or healthcare industry a plus. - Experience in managing or leading a team of recruiting professionals, overseeing recruitment processes, and fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. - Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders. - Ability to analyze recruitment metrics to assess and improve hiring strategies. - Familiarity with enterprise applicant tracking and human capital management systems, like Workday, and sourcing tools such as Indeed and LinkedIn.
