• Define and lead the long-term strategy, roadmap, and governance model for the NVIS Knowledge Management program. • Guide the creation of the Knowledge Base platform into the definitive reference for deployment, operational, and technical documentation across NVIS. • Establish program metrics and executive dashboards to measure adoption, content quality, knowledge coverage, operational health, and business impact. • Lead continuous improvement initiatives that simplify knowledge creation, improve discoverability, and increase organizational adoption. • Champion AI-enabled knowledge management, intelligent search capabilities, and automated content generation workflows. • Partner closely with NVIDIA Training & Education to align technical documentation, learning content, and enablement programs. • Drive organization-wide knowledge adoption through communications, organizational change, executive reporting, and engagement strategies. • Lead a small Knowledge Management team, providing direction, prioritization, and operational leadership while encouraging continuous improvement. • Represent NVIS within WWFO and influence enterprise-wide knowledge management practices and platform direction.

Role Description Reporting to the Senior Manager, the Program Manager is responsible for undertaking the management, planning, and implementation of specific projects assigned to him/her within the Specialty Services department. Projects are to be implemented through a caseworker approach, based on an internal program structure. It is important to note that at all times the Patient Access Center should work as a team and the overall performance as a whole is paramount. - Supervise associates to ensure their ability to handle calls and provide appropriate customer service, document requirements in the system, and manage follow-up calls. - Monitor the performance of staff members to assess training needs and requirements. - Provide input for scheduling to ensure adequate staffing; make recommendations to management for required changes. - Assist with quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives; make recommendations for changes in operations and assist in the execution of these changes. - Manage projects, including reimbursement programs, compliance and education-based programs, and clinical patient support programs. - Implement assigned call center projects. - Design and develop new projects, including development of protocols, resource allocation, and database creation. - Ongoing evaluation of project strengths, weaknesses, and potential areas for improvement. - Produce all project-related reporting. - Participate in client meetings. - Daily and ongoing client project communications. - Identify and implement staff recruiting strategies and participate in the hiring process. - Responsible for reporting all adverse events to the assigned units/departments. - Other duties and tasks may also be assigned as required. Qualifications - Minimum University Degree in Business Administration, Science, or equivalent experience. - Science/healthcare background an asset. - Minimum of 3 years' experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech or healthcare-related industries. - Strong client management experience an asset. - Minimum 2 years’ experience in project or program management. - Minimum 2 years of people management experience. - Experience in reimbursement considered an asset. - RN/RPN designation an asset and may be required by specific programs. • Manage the implementation of multiple Sales Excellence programs (e.g., segmentation, CRM, forecasting, business planning, incentive programs) • Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and key milestones • Coordinate with project teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, and Analytics teams to ensure alignment • Track progress, identify risks, and drive resolution to keep initiatives on track • Lead regular updates and provide clear, concise reporting to leadership • Ensure consistent execution and accountability across all workstreams • Support rollout and adoption of new tools, processes, and operating models across the field • Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive continuous improvement

• Coordinate with client and other third-party providers to develop, implement and maintain learning programs and systems for safety and technical training programs • Manage day-to-day training and development or performance problems to resolution • Analyze performance data and present information to the client • Identify action plans which will inherently result in increased value to both the Client and Jones Lang LaSalle • Work with the client, account team and other third-party providers to collect and interpret data trends/patterns and develop predictive analyses based on historical data and informed assumptions to drive the business • Provide support to the Learning & Development Senior Manager with monthly and quarterly KPI scoring data for each portfolio • Manage Training Assignments in JLL and client Learning Management Systems (LMS) and assign onboarding tasks, new hire and annual Safety Courses, job-specific training and other on-going training requirements • Oversee LMS processes and procedures while monitoring and auditing training compliance • Coordinate reporting and communication to field managers to ensure 100% compliance of safety training
