• Support the Prospect Process and Optimization • Development and maintenance of sales forecasts and pipeline • Track prospect status and pull reports from Salesforce.com • Identify and address barriers in the sales process • Schedule sales calls, complete meeting follow-ups • Assume leadership of the weekly pipeline planning process

• Overseeing and optimizing the performance of the contact center • Ensuring efficient contact center operations and exceptional customer service • Managing contact center workforce management, hiring/recruiting, and training/onboarding • Providing oversight of quality monitoring program in collaboration with Quality team • Developing strategies for workforce management across global locations • Leading recruitment for contact center staff across geographic locations • Designing comprehensive training programs for contact center staff

• Proactively address patient access barriers by working with customers and accounts to resolve complex reimbursement issues • Educate private practices, multi-specialty groups, and facilities on reimbursement support programs • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify, anticipate, and address patient and practice reimbursement challenges • Collaborate cross-functionally with Market Access, Patient Services, and Field Sales to provide compliant support for patients’ access to therapy

• The Waltz Health Cloud Engineer is responsible for supporting the creation and implementation of a technology framework and providing technical expertise in support of Waltz Health enterprise cloud computing services. • The Cloud Engineer reports into the VP Cloud and Infrastructure Services and will be responsible for ensuring that cloud technologies are effectively configured, implemented, and maintained as required to support business applications and services. • The ideal candidate will have experience in cloud computing technologies supporting consumer services, retail, and/or healthcare. • Demonstrate knowledge of cloud architecture and implementation features (OS, multi-tenancy, virtualization, orchestration, elastic scalability). • Provide technical support in the diagnosis and resolution of issues, including determination and provision of workaround solutions or escalation to application owners. • Ensure delivered solutions are realized within committed timeframes; work in conjunction with project sponsors to manage scope and risk. • Support cloud computing services that align with the enterprise information security program

• Support, maintain, and optimize EVERSANA’s UKG Pro HCM system across HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, and Onboarding modules. • Serve as a subject matter expert for system configuration, troubleshooting, and end‑user support. • Identify, research, track, and ensure timely resolution of technical issues. • Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, IT, Finance, and Payroll to deliver effective global HCM solutions. • Lead small‑scale HRIS projects and system enhancements from initial requirements gathering through testing, deployment, and post‑implementation support. • Create, update, and optimize UKG Pro workflows, maintain role-based access security, and perform monthly access audits.

• Develop and execute compelling creative while serving as the owner of the brand voice and narrative • Work closely with your art partner, the Creative Director, and other team members • Take full responsibility of the work and owning concept and copy development on various projects • Actively contribute to and lead the creative team • Maintain strong client relationships and provide career-building guidance to the copy team

• Support the development of all required training materials and/or home study materials necessary for initial and follow-up training classes • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for implementation of dynamic learning materials (slide presentations, workshops, reference guides, job aids, modules) • Support the Directors of Training and Project Managers through detailed project management practices and standards • Collaborate on support services including agenda management, Portal/Platform LMS setup and production services, as required • Continue to learn new disease state materials, branded and unbranded materials and be prepared to implement training of these materials in a timely fashion • Provide effective facilitation services (live, virtual) to ensure proper delivery and execution of training (i.e product knowledge, disease state, or selling skills) • Provide train-the trainer services, new hire training, and sustainment curriculum trainings, as requested • Supports sales management teams by providing training materials, workshops and/or facilitation support at National, Sales, and POA meetings • Management of the Training Project Plan including task management, escalation of issues, risk identification, and interdependencies through project documentation including: (Issue Tracker, Milestone Tracker, Action Item Tracker) • On-board, develop, and coach field-based trainers and emerging sales rep leaders based on competencies and skill sets needed for project, to include virtual and live field rides, as required • All other duties as assigned
