• Develop and execute comprehensive business intelligence strategies that translate client objectives into actionable KPI reporting, dashboards, and data visualizations for all account sites and service lines. • Analyze performance metrics and variances to identify trends, recommend corrective actions, and deliver executive-level reporting that demonstrates value and drives operational improvements. • Oversee account technology platforms (SAP, CMMS systems) and collaborate with technical teams to ensure data accuracy, system integration, and seamless migrations during upgrades. • Design and build comprehensive reports and dashboards using SAP BusinessObjects, SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, or similar tools to provide stakeholders with actionable intelligence. • Establish "Trusted Advisor" relationships with clients as a subject matter expert, ensuring satisfaction through proactive communication, responsive problem-solving, and strategic partnership. • Partner with client governance structures in a collaborative approach to performance management, supporting forward-thinking strategies and best practice implementation. • Collaborate with governance teams and data stewards to establish quality standards, monitoring procedures, and resolve critical data issues through root cause analysis. • Drive process adherence and compliance while demonstrating agility to meet dynamic business needs, coordinating work between internal and external groups to streamline operations. • Support development of the shared service model, ensuring consistency with vertical-wide initiatives while accommodating account-specific requirements. • Foster team development through knowledge sharing, relationship building, and promotion of industry best practices in business intelligence and data management fields.
• Lead the development, governance, and deployment of standardized processes and design frameworks for data center power infrastructure • Develop and maintain governance principles for data center power development programs • Create and manage program roadmaps, milestones, and deliverables • Identify program risks and mitigation strategies
• Hands on management and oversight of multiple Projects including, but not limited to: major renovations, minor modifications, consolidations, decommissions, closures, reconfigurations, security, signage, furniture and other required programs. • Concurrently manage various phases of a project(s) in various locations, from project initiation through design, planning, client approval, permit issuance, construction and financial closeout. • Demonstrate full accountability for end to end management of projects. • Lead entire project team consisting of architects, engineers, general and specialty contractors, property management, operating engineers, real estate brokers, environmental consultants, client stakeholders, security, AV, IT and furniture vendors. • Provide weekly project activity updates to Team Lead and/or Project Management Lead regarding project schedule, potential risks, budget status and anticipated cash flow utilizing JLL technology. • Develop risk management plans and lead project teams through established work authorization processes to ensure no impacts or incidents within critical environments or equipment. • Participate and or lead client decision making by providing relevant data, formal recommendations and outlining associated risks for client review and approval. • Oversee and prepare accurate project documentation for all phases of construction including project charter, due diligence reports, budgets, schedules, meeting minutes, financial funding requests, status reports, punch lists, and special reports on-time and in accordance with pre-established formats to pass all project documentation reviews with client. • Manage vendors (e.g., GC, A&E, Security, signage) to ensure full compliance with all project policies and procedures, including the formal closeout of all projects in less than 90 days after project completion
• Leverage external relationships while collaborating with the Business Development team to identify and develop a strong roster of prospects (close new business within 18-24 months) and a robust pipeline of targets (future new business to be closed beyond 2 years) • Demonstrate professional eminence and leadership within industry organizations to further advance the recognition of JLL as a leader in Commercial Real Estate solutions • Develop a thorough understanding of JLL’s broad capabilities to meet client needs, recognizing opportunities to expand the client share of wallet by partnering with business and service line leaders • Build strong relationships with external RFP consultants • Lead a client pursuit team to develop, sell and contract a comprehensive outsourcing solution to meet the client’s requirements • Collaborate with our Markets and JLL Technologies colleagues and other Work Dynamics team members to deliver the full value of ONE JLL • Using our sales tools, including the Miller Heiman Blue Sheet, lead comprehensive discovery processes to uncover client business objectives, real estate challenges and operational requirements, leveraging structured methodologies to develop deep understanding of client priorities and decision-making criteria. • Design deal terms to achieve target margins, developing pricing strategies and contract structures that optimize profitability while remaining competitive and limiting risk. • Develop and execute growth strategies for clients, including aligning strategic objectives, target setting, identifying pursuit opportunities, and managing the client onboarding processes • Execute negotiation strategies in contested sales environments, protecting JLL's interests while demonstrating flexibility and commitment to client partnership, securing winning positions while maintaining pricing discipline. • Lead contract negotiations with support from JLL’s legal team to maximize profitability and appropriately manage risk to the firm • Exceed annual revenue quotas while meeting target margins • Maintain accurate sales reporting information in Salesforce while following JLL’s robust sales and solution processes using its proprietary tools • Qualify incoming deals and set win strategies in collaboration with business leaders and peers. • Develop win themes and commercial strategy early in the process to ensure deal terms achieve target outcomes. • Support the professional development of Executive Directors and Year 1 Principals, to ensure a collaborative and continuously improving team. • Performs other duties as assigned
• Overall responsibility of operations of 10-15 sites in the Southern region Bangalore. • Support operational sites on all aspects of operations including technical, soft services, HR compliance, management & sourcing of materials & commercial issues. • Define business policies related to Property Management operations. • Responsible for client and vendor agreement and vendor management. • Maintain good relations with clients in compliance with company policies. • Prepare annual financial targets for all sites and monitor them. • Work out estimations/projections for operational sites, including CAM Charges, Budgets, and P&L forecasts. • Develop & implement business processes. • Conduct energy audits for commercial and retail malls. • Oversee operations including planning, procurement, maintenance, control & troubleshooting.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive callouts, and emergency breakdown repairs on commercial refrigeration equipment, including: • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults in refrigeration systems. • Perform installation and commissioning of new refrigeration equipment and systems. • Ensure compliance with F-Gas regulations, health & safety standards, and company procedures. • Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation via digital job management systems. • Provide excellent customer service on-site, liaising with clients, store managers, and head office contacts to ensure clear communication and timely updates.
• Lead and mentor a team of data engineers • Define and execute the Enterprise Platform Data Engineering roadmap • Architect and oversee enterprise-scale data platforms and pipelines • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver trusted data capabilities • Establish and drive DataOps best practices • Serve as the data engineering voice in executive forums
• Serve as the primary procurement subject matter expert for construction and PDS categories, owning end-to-end sourcing strategy, supplier management, and governance for capital projects and facility upgrades. • Independently manage RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes from initiation through contract execution, including bid strategy development, supplier due diligence, evaluation, negotiation, and award recommendation. • Standardize and refine scopes of work, bid packages, project specifications, and contract templates to improve accuracy, consistency, and operational efficiency across multiple sites. • Negotiate, draft, and execute supplier contracts and service agreements, ensuring clear scopes, SLAs, KPIs, pricing structures, and appropriate risk allocation while partnering with Legal, Risk Management, and Finance for compliance.
