• Own content strategy across FMG ensuring content aligns with business priorities, campaign initiatives, and customer needs. • Develop high-impact long-form and short-form content including guides, checklists, playbooks, interactive tools, blogs, email content, landing pages, and thought leadership articles. • Translate complex marketing concepts into practical, easy-to-understand content that drives engagement and action. • Identify opportunities to repurpose, refresh, and extend content across channels and audiences. • Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, drafting, editing, content repurposing, and workflow efficiency. • Partner with Revenue and Product Marketing to develop the messaging and content strategy behind integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline. • Own the content and creative strategy for webinars, lead generation campaigns, and major marketing initiatives. • Develop campaign messaging frameworks and supporting assets including landing page copy, email copy, webinars, presentation content, downloadable resources, nurture content, sales enablement materials, and post-campaign content. • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure campaigns deliver a consistent story and experience across every touchpoint. • Continuously identify opportunities to extend campaign value by repurposing webinars, events, and thought leadership into blogs, videos, social content, guides, and AI-search-optimized resources. • Own website copy across FMG and Agency Revolution and optimize web pages, blogs, resource content, and landing pages using SEO and AEO best practices. • Partner with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop and implement content based on keyword strategies, AEO/SEO recommendations, and search insights. • Maintain customer stories, testimonials, and proof points across key web properties. • Own social content strategy and execution across FMG and Agency Revolution.
Job Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience in content marketing, content strategy, digital marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Experience creating content for financial services, wealth management, insurance or fintech is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex topics into clear, compelling content.
- Strong understanding of campaign messaging and the ability to translate complex ideas into compelling content across multiple channels.
- Strong understanding of SEO content strategy and modern search best practices.
- Experience in creating content for AI-powered search environments and emerging AEO strategies.
- Proven ability to write across multiple formats, including website copy, blogs, guides, social media, email campaigns, and thought leadership content.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to improve content creation, research, editing, and productivity.
- Strong understanding of social media content strategy and audience engagement.
- Experience working with CMS platforms, content management systems, and marketing technology tools.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Comfortable collaborating with executives, product marketers, designers, sales teams, and subject matter experts.
