• Own content strategy across FMG ensuring content aligns with business priorities, campaign initiatives, and customer needs. • Develop high-impact long-form and short-form content including guides, checklists, playbooks, interactive tools, blogs, email content, landing pages, and thought leadership articles. • Translate complex marketing concepts into practical, easy-to-understand content that drives engagement and action. • Identify opportunities to repurpose, refresh, and extend content across channels and audiences. • Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, drafting, editing, content repurposing, and workflow efficiency. • Partner with Revenue and Product Marketing to develop the messaging and content strategy behind integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline. • Own the content and creative strategy for webinars, lead generation campaigns, and major marketing initiatives. • Develop campaign messaging frameworks and supporting assets including landing page copy, email copy, webinars, presentation content, downloadable resources, nurture content, sales enablement materials, and post-campaign content. • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure campaigns deliver a consistent story and experience across every touchpoint. • Continuously identify opportunities to extend campaign value by repurposing webinars, events, and thought leadership into blogs, videos, social content, guides, and AI-search-optimized resources. • Own website copy across FMG and Agency Revolution and optimize web pages, blogs, resource content, and landing pages using SEO and AEO best practices. • Partner with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop and implement content based on keyword strategies, AEO/SEO recommendations, and search insights. • Maintain customer stories, testimonials, and proof points across key web properties. • Own social content strategy and execution across FMG and Agency Revolution.
Director of Platform Engineering

• Own and evolve the developer experience across all product engineering teams: tooling standards, AI harness integration, deployment pipelines, and governance model. • Define and enforce platform engineering standards that enable engineering teams to ship faster and at a higher quality bar. • Drive adoption of AI-native SDLC practices across the organization, partnering with engineering managers to measure and improve development velocity. • Build and lead the Platform Engineering team, including a Senior Platform Engineer and SRE/DevOps Lead. • Develop engineering talent and establish the culture of the platform function — reliability, craftsmanship, automation-first thinking. • Own the reliability posture of the platform: uptime SLOs, on-call frameworks, incident response standards, and postmortem culture. • Establish telemetry, observability, and alerting standards across all product lines (DataDog, CloudWatch, PagerDuty). • Be an active participant in FMG's AI engineering transformation — from agentic development tools to AI-assisted QA and testing.

• Manage a high-tier book of financial advisor clients, building long-term relationships through personalized guidance, goal tracking, and proactive outreach via phone, video, and email. • Share, review, and execute monthly multi-channel content calendars (email, social, blog) within the FMG platform, incorporating client feedback. • Partner with clients to brainstorm strategies that target new prospects, re-engage inactive leads, and maximize dashboard tools like audience segmentation. • Keep meticulous records of client interactions, inquiries, and campaign data, while flagging trends or issues early. • Provide exceptional customer care and service to your book of business.
• Own a meaningful slice of our defensive infrastructure end-to-end. • Design, execute, and follow through on security awareness programs and phishing simulations. • Participate in Endpoint Detection & Response rollout and ongoing operations. • Revamp our network protections for Zero Trust network access and DNS security. • Manage and operate our EASM platform, including continuous monitoring, finding triage, and remediation coordination. • Coordinate with our third-party penetration testing partner for scoping, logistics, findings review, and remediation tracking. • Monitor and respond to security alerts across our stack — SIEM, EDR telemetry, and related tooling. • Own relevant SOC 2 controls and participate in vendor evaluations, new tooling assessments, and ad hoc projects.
