Role Description Provides senior-level operational leadership and coordination for complex state or federally funded health transformation initiatives. • Serve as primary contractor point of contact for Government COR and KO; available 24/7 • Manage on-site and remote personnel across the 88th RD 19-state Area of Operations • Ensure timely submission of all contract deliverables, reports, and required notifications • Oversee contractor Quality Control Plan and PWS compliance • Submit and maintain updated employee rosters to the COR • Develop and submit annual training plan to COR within 30 calendar days of performance start • Participate in post-award conferences and periodic progress meetings

• Designing, implementing, and optimizing an end-to-end contractor network that improves claim cycle time, estimate accuracy, customer experience, and indemnity control. • Establishing the strategy, operational framework, performance standards, and governance model for the Direct Repair Program while partnering closely with relevant teams. • Identifying, evaluating, and recruiting qualified mitigation and reconstruction vendors. • Aiding in contract development in partnership with Vendor Management, Legal and Procurement. • Collaborating with Claims leadership to embed the DRP model into claim workflows. • Defining and implementing KPIs including cycle time, severity impact, estimate accuracy, supplement frequency, customer satisfaction, and reinspection rates.
