CUI Compliance Program Manager

Hewlett Packard Enterprise

• Own and operate the Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and CMMC compliance programs. • Conduct compliance assessments and reporting, integration of CUI/CMMC requirements. • Coordinate across business units, compliance teams, IT, and CUI Administrators. • Lead and maintain the enterprise CUI program to ensure compliance with laws and regulations. • Develop, implement, and maintain CMMC compliance strategies and policies. • Collaborate with stakeholders to define objectives, success metrics, and risk mitigation strategies. • Create and manage training for CUI/CMMC compliance. • Plan, coordinate, and lead security incident response for CUI incidents. • Prepare and deliver reports to senior leadership regarding program status.

Job Requirements

  • U.S. Citizen; eligible for Top Secret clearance.
  • 3+ years in information security, compliance, or project management - implementing/maintaining NIST SP 800-171 or similar NIST compliant environments.
  • Experience in change management across diversified businesses.
  • Experience developing/managing roadmaps, budgets, timelines, stakeholder metrics.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related; or equivalent experience.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • DoD IAM/IAT Level II (or equivalent) preferred.
  • CMMC Certified Professional (CCP) or equivalent compliance certification (e.g., CISSP with compliance focus).

Role Description Provides senior-level operational leadership and coordination for complex state or federally funded health transformation initiatives.
