General Manager
NMS
• Responsible for the overall performance management of their assigned area of responsibility which will include both Food Service and Housekeeping Departments. • Function as a primary resource for NMS Food Service and Housekeeping employees within assigned unit. • Responsible for delivering and tracking performance within assigned area to meet key performance indicators. • Responsible for coaching and developing employees within their organization within the framework of formal coaching and succession planning. • Develops and implements comprehensive business plans required by assigned activities. • Establishes and implements an organized system of supervision and formal operating procedures. • Ensures all assigned activities comply with sound business practices as well as NMS’s internal and external business requirements. • Meets with clients/customers to maintain business relationships, market products, and resolve problems and keep open all forms of communications.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least two (2) years of formal college training related to the business field (candidates without any college must have two (2) additional years of related managerial experience).
- At least seven (7) years of related service based, hospitality, food service, housekeeping, hotel or remote camp management experience that includes at least two (2) years of significant overall supervisory responsibilities for a distinct business operation/enterprise.
- Reliable and dependable attendance in a remote setting.
- Must be able to live in dormitory style settings and meet cleanliness requirements of the remote camp.
- Contract requires employees to read, write, speak and understand English.
- Requires a valid Driver’s License and an acceptable driving record for the past three (3) years to be eligible under NMS’ vehicle insurance policy.

Role Description The Account Manager, Member Relations strives for and supports the successful execution of member account development and engagement.
