• Responsible for the cleanliness, arrangement and supply of guest rooms • Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times • Clean and return rooms to a vacant ready status and/or an occupied clean status • Replenish guest supplies and amenities as required • Maintain a clean and orderly housekeeping cart and storage areas • Assist in maintaining other areas of the hotel in a clean and orderly condition • Respond to guest requests and inquiries immediately • Assist in the general cleaning and carpet care program by changing bedspreads, blankets, and mattress pads, and spot cleaning carpets • Adhere to all work rules, procedures and policies established by the company
• Manage assigned kitchen staff by ensuring a positive and safe working environment • Ensure all assigned staff receive the appropriate training, guidance, and leadership in order to effectively perform their jobs and deliver quality services • Selects and develops recipes based on type of food to be prepared and applying personal knowledge and experience in food preparation • Cooks or otherwise prepares food according to recipe • Prepares, cooks, and serves meats, sauces, vegetables, soups, and other foods • Carves meats • Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas • Maintains excellent client and employee communications and relations to continuously improve the quality of provided services • Enforce penalties for infractions of NMS safety policies, practices and procedures • Actively participates in behavior and commitment based safety program and supports NMS safety goals by planning, implementing, and coordinating policies, practices and procedures to reduce or eliminate occupational injuries, illnesses, deaths, and property damage • Coordinate safety activities of assigned staff and conduct multiple safety meetings to ensure daily operations are in compliance with company and client safety requirements
• Cleans, sweeps, vacuums, mops, or restocks hallways, stairways, offices, food preparation or break areas, kitchen areas or equipment, laundry rooms, clinics, living areas, work areas, off-site areas, common areas, restrooms, public areas, or other similar areas. • Sweeps, mops, scrubs, strips, extract, waxes, buff, vacuums, etc. all types of floors. • Dusts both low and high areas. • Wipes down or cleans various surfaces. • Uses appropriate equipment and cleaning solutions for all tasks. • Removes and properly disposes of discarded materials. • May compact trash. • Removes and transports trash to the appropriate disposal areas. • May change light bulbs and perform very light facility maintenance. • May keep building entryways free of snow and debris. • May operate a vehicle to work at remote locations. • Notify supervisor if safety and sanitation standards are not being met.
• Manages and coordinates with the General Manager the many functions of a hotel • Oversees all aspects of the hotel operations including guest relations, front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, finances, team building, and staff development • Provides the highest quality of service to the customer • Ensures budgeted revenues and profits are achieved • Interprets company policies and provides a safe working environment by ensuring compliance with safety programs and job safety analysis • Ensures adherence to the Guarantee of Fair Treatment policy • Monitors staff training activities to improve efficiency and ensure conformance with standard procedures and practices • Leads, directs and communicates with staff to keep them informed and motivated • Coaches and counsels’ employees to encourage positive behaviors and correct negative behavior • Handles a wide variety of employee related matters such as general employment issues, paperwork, PAN’s, training, etc. • Monitors and resolves various guest service trends and issues • Performs a variety of sales duties and activities • Conducts various property inspections to ensure compliance with applicable standards • Makes sure all assigned equipment is maintained in compliance with service standards • Acts as primary contact for vendors for supplies • Handles a variety of food and beverage services and functions • Ensures that the responsibilities, authorities, and accountability of all assigned employees are defined and understood • Promotes teamwork and employee morale • Analyzes and resolves work problems or assists employees in solving work problems • Assists in moving luggage, packages, furniture, etc. which may weigh up to 50 pounds. • Embraces and drives the CARES program with all staff • Other related managerial duties may also be assigned/required

• Responsible for the overall performance management of their assigned area of responsibility which will include both Food Service and Housekeeping Departments. • Function as a primary resource for NMS Food Service and Housekeeping employees within assigned unit. • Responsible for delivering and tracking performance within assigned area to meet key performance indicators. • Responsible for coaching and developing employees within their organization within the framework of formal coaching and succession planning. • Develops and implements comprehensive business plans required by assigned activities. • Establishes and implements an organized system of supervision and formal operating procedures. • Ensures all assigned activities comply with sound business practices as well as NMS’s internal and external business requirements. • Meets with clients/customers to maintain business relationships, market products, and resolve problems and keep open all forms of communications.
• Monitor and patrol assigned buildings, grounds, and areas, either visually or electronically. • Control access to the property, allowing entry only to properly authorized individuals. • Inspect premises, including doors, windows, and gates, to ensure they are secure. • Document and report incidents such as property damage, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences. • Warn violators of rule infractions and, when necessary, escort them from the property. • Notify on-site staff when visitors or service providers arrive. • Assist in responding to emergencies or disasters to protect life, property, and community safety. • Check the heating, lighting, sprinklers, ventilation, and fire safety systems to ensure proper function. • Provide transportation services using a variety of vehicles, including passenger cars, and passenger vans. • Administer emergency medical aid, including CPR, AED use, and safe patient movement. • Reporting any safety or sanitation concerns to a supervisor promptly. • Perform other duties as assigned to support the department’s and community’s success.
• Supervise employees and oversee the preparation of various food items at the Café and Restaurant • Inspect serving and dining areas for cleanliness • Provide the highest quality of service to guests • Train assigned workers under the direct supervision of the Restaurant Manager • Manage and maintain high stock levels in all resale merchandise • Monitor associate files and uniform standards • Handle guest problems and complaints • Post all retail signage and ensure menu boards are up to date • Assist Restaurant Manager with reports and tracking product movement • Perform a wide variety of restaurant duties including serving, cleanup, cashiering, dishwashing, food prep work, cooking, and more • Monitor and serve food service lines during busy times • Complete food orders and support safety programs • Comply with applicable regulations and improve service quality
• Assist with cleaning commercial kitchen exhaust hoods, ductwork, filters, fans, and related equipment • Clean work areas, tools, hoses, and equipment before and after each job • Assist technicians with setup and breakdown of hood cleaning equipment and containment systems • Transport tools, equipment, and cleaning supplies to and from job sites • Help disassemble and reassemble access panels, filters, and kitchen exhaust components • Operate ladders and other equipment safely when authorized • Remove grease buildup and debris from kitchen exhaust systems and surrounding work areas • Ensure work areas remain clean and safe during cleaning operations • Attend daily safety toolbox meetings and complete required job safety evaluations • Follow all company safety procedures, PPE requirements, and sanitation standards • Notify supervisors when safety or sanitation concerns are identified • Perform additional hood cleaning support duties as assigned
