Test Manager

Expleo Group

• Define test approaches based on user story acceptance criteria. • Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases. • Document test results, defects, and test evidence using the client's standards. • Ensure traceability and test coverage throughout the testing lifecycle. • Identify test risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities. • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, and other stakeholders in an Agile Scrum/Kanban environment.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in Test Management and Test Engineering.
  • Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and test lifecycle.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Octane.
  • Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Experience in the banking or financial services sector is mandatory.
