Technical Recruiter

DSA

• Own full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding handoff • Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, sourcing strategy, and hiring timelines • Source and engage candidates using Clearance Jobs, LinkedIn Recruiter, Internal databases and referrals • Conduct recruiter screens and evaluate technical, cultural, and clearance fit • Manage candidate pipelines and drive interview processes, feedback, and closures • Coordinate interviews and ensure timely communication across stakeholders • Maintain accurate candidate tracking, scorecards, and reporting in Greenhouse • Leverage AI tools (Copilot, recruiting automation, etc.) to improve sourcing, screening, and workflow efficiency • Build and maintain pipelines for cleared and technical roles across DoD and federal programs

Job Requirements

  • 2 years recruiting in in the cleared recruiting environment.
  • Modern, AI-enabled recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced GovCon environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot and/or an approved equivalent AI solution.
  • Highly organized with strong pipeline discipline
  • Comfortable working in Greenhouse-driven structured workflows
  • Data-driven and process-oriented
  • Experienced using AI to enhance recruiting performance
  • Confident managing multiple requisitions in a high-accountability environment

Role Description VetsEZ is currently looking for a Technical Recruiter for a 100% remote position supporting a growing portfolio of federal government healthcare technology programs. You will recruit for a wide range of Information Technology positions supporting cloud, software engineering, artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), data engineering, DevSecOps, cybersecurity, interoperability, enterprise architecture, and healthcare technology initiatives in a fast-paced, fully remote environment. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and enjoys working in a virtual team environment. You should be comfortable taking ownership of multiple technical requisitions from intake through offer acceptance, to identify and hire top technical talent. The candidate must reside within the continental US.
