US IT Recruiter – State Client Experience

TMS

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions supporting US State Government clients • Work closely with account managers and delivery teams to understand role requirements and timelines • Source, screen, and submit candidates across multiple IT skill sets under tight SLAs • Handle high-volume requisitions while maintaining quality and compliance standards • Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates, and manage offer processes • Ensure adherence to state-specific hiring guidelines, documentation, and compliance requirements • Maintain accurate records in ATS and provide regular status reports to stakeholders

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a US IT Technical Recruiter
  • Proven experience working with State Government clients (mandatory)
  • Strong understanding of IT roles including application development, infrastructure, data, cloud, and cybersecurity
  • Experience in high-volume hiring and fast-paced delivery models
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with ATS tools, job boards, and sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, Dice, etc.)
