Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a technical recruiter.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully hiring for roles, including Engineering, QA, Product.
- Proven ability to manage the entire recruitment lifecycle.
- Skilled in proactive sourcing across multiple channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Boolean search).
- Comfortable pivoting between different types of searches and quickly getting up to speed.
- Comfortable evaluating technical resumes and engaging credibly with candidates.
- Hands-on proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workable, Greenhouse).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to hit the ground running with minimal ramp-up time.
- Strong commitment to delivering a professional, respectful, and timely candidate experience.

Role Description VetsEZ is currently looking for a Technical Recruiter for a 100% remote position supporting a growing portfolio of federal government healthcare technology programs. You will recruit for a wide range of Information Technology positions supporting cloud, software engineering, artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), data engineering, DevSecOps, cybersecurity, interoperability, enterprise architecture, and healthcare technology initiatives in a fast-paced, fully remote environment. You should be comfortable taking ownership of multiple technical requisitions from intake through offer acceptance, to identify and hire top technical talent. The candidate must reside within the continental US.
