DSA

• Design and implement solutions to support new features, capabilities, and system integrations within ServiceNow • Configure, enhance, and maintain ServiceNow platform implementations across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and SPM modules following best practices • Develop and support SPM workflows for idea intake, demand management, project and portfolio management, resource planning, investment prioritization, and reporting • Develop automation and integration solutions across the ServiceNow platform • Support ongoing system improvements aligned with mission and customer requirements • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate portfolio, project, and resource management needs into secure, scalable ServiceNow solutions • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics that support executive visibility and data-driven decision-making

• Own full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding handoff • Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, sourcing strategy, and hiring timelines • Source and engage candidates using Clearance Jobs, LinkedIn Recruiter, Internal databases and referrals • Conduct recruiter screens and evaluate technical, cultural, and clearance fit • Manage candidate pipelines and drive interview processes, feedback, and closures • Coordinate interviews and ensure timely communication across stakeholders • Maintain accurate candidate tracking, scorecards, and reporting in Greenhouse • Leverage AI tools (Copilot, recruiting automation, etc.) to improve sourcing, screening, and workflow efficiency • Build and maintain pipelines for cleared and technical roles across DoD and federal programs

• Support development and delivery of data visualizations, Power Apps and Power Automate solutions • Direct engagement with customers to define project requirements and manage customer expectations • Design, build, and maintain model-driven/canvas Power Apps to support and enhance program and organization operations. • Design and maintain automated workflows and business process integrations using Power Automate to enhance organizational efficiency and connectivity. • Author and contribute to technical documentation • Author and deliver reference and training resources • Customer engagement • Requirements, definition and documentation • User acceptance testing (UAT) • Manage project details and schedule and provide project status updates

• Actively translate customer requirements into functional and technical designs • Participate in designing and implementing projects that provide situational awareness and operational intelligence based on the OSIsoft/AVEVA PI System • Interface with building automation systems (BAS), Industrial Control Systems (ICS), Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems, and other 3rd party systems • Use analytics packages (Python, R, etc.) to design and deploy algorithms that identify improvement opportunities and non-standard asset and system operations • Support the development and implementation of new integration projects as well as supporting existing systems

• Architect and document data integration approaches across enterprise systems, with a primary focus on ServiceNow. • Analyze and extract data from ServiceNow modules to support reporting, analytics, and downstream consumers. • Develop and maintain data maps, data dictionaries, and system-to-system mappings. • Create data flow diagrams and architecture visuals using tools such as Visio. • Support Army data environments including Vantage and Advana, ensuring alignment with Army data standards. • Partner with technical teams and stakeholders to define data structures, interfaces, and integration patterns. • Provide architectural guidance as ServiceNow capabilities expand over time. • Support governance, traceability, and documentation of enterprise data assets.
