The Optum Bank Treasury Implementation Lead oversees the design, implementation, and integration of treasury capabilities within the Optum Bank core banking platform. This role partners closely with Treasury, Technology, and external vendors-including Finxact, Savana, and payment processors-to enable seamless connectivity across upstream and downstream systems, support real-time event-driven processes, and ensure operational readiness. The position is accountable for end-to-end delivery, including API integrations, architecture alignment, and production readiness across treasury payment functions such as ACH, wires, reconciliation, and liquidity management. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. For employees based in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. metropolitan areas, in-office presence is required at least four days per week. You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. Primary Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end implementation efforts across scoping, planning, design, configuration, testing, and production deployment - Partner with product, technology, and operations teams to define business requirements, workflows, and configuration specifications that support treasury capabilities - Analyze, design, and document API integrations and technical requirements to enable seamless data exchange and system interoperability - Advise stakeholders and implementation partners on treasury management requirements, best practices, and solution alignment to support successful delivery outcomes - Coordinate across cross-functional teams, including technical, functional, and external partner resources, to ensure timely execution of project deliverables - Communicate project status, timelines, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders, ensuring transparency, alignment, and proactive issue resolution throughout the implementation lifecycle You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
