Graphic Designer

The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled Graphic Designer with 5+ years of professional experience to help bring our brand to life across digital and print channels. This role requires a strong visual storyteller who can balance creativity with strategy, collaborate cross-functionally, and deliver polished work from concept to execution. Design high-quality visual assets for digital, print, and marketing initiatives (web, landing pages, ads, social, email, presentations, packaging, brochures, etc.) Translate brand guidelines into compelling, consistent creative across all platforms Collaborate with marketing, product, sales and leadership teams to develop creative concepts and campaigns Lead projects from ideation through final production, managing multiple timelines and deliverables Provide creative direction and feedback on designs to maintain brand excellence Prepare files for print and digital production, ensuring technical accuracy Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); Canva, Figma, or similar tools a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace tools (Excel/Sheets, Word/Docs, PowerPoint/Slides)
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Experience working within established brand systems
- Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills
- Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with motion graphics, video, or basic animation (preferred)
- Familiarity with marketing or product design workflows (preferred)
- Experience mentoring colleagues (preferred)
- 5 years of professional experience in graphic design or a related field
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design work across digital and print
