Visual Designer
Cresta
We’re looking for an exceptional, detail-oriented Visual Designer to help us craft a wide array of marketing materials including: presentations, documents, web pages, and social media graphics. Reporting to the Creative Director, you will help implement design systems that affect nearly every internal and external marketing interaction including: the website, advertising, and events. This designer will shepherd multiple concurrent projects from conception to delivery and will seek to learn from their performance. You will work with a small team on both large and small tasks. Design, build and refine all manner of marketing materials including those for: web, social, events, presentations, and collateral Implement existing design standards in the materials you create and help us refine those standards as the market evolves Find ways to communicate complex ideas simply Have a point of view and contribute thoughtfully to all creative efforts, whether that means moving pixels around, or having constructive feedback Stay organized and communicate effectively with creative partners and stakeholders Continuously trial new tools and services that might help elevate the quality of our work, or the efficiency of creative production Be a Team Player: We’re a small team, so pitch in where needed and support your colleagues Learn from results: Find ways to evaluate the effectiveness of a deliverable and use what you learn to improve the next one
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of marketing design experience, ideally for a SaaS or B2B business
- Excellent communication skills: Comfort presenting work and articulating the rationale for specific design decisions
- Excellent organization skills so that we don’t duplicate effort across the team
- Proficiency in design production tools including Adobe Suite
- A portfolio of design work that demonstrates your ability to deliver excellence
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience marketing software or AI products
- Experience in software categories related to contact centers, customer experience and virtual agents
- Web or interactive design expertise
- Agency experience relevant to marketing like advertising or brand development
