Graphic Designer, Video Editor

• Develop graphics and creative assets for retail partners and activations • Design in-store marketing collateral including POS materials, shelf displays, floor stands, and promotional signage • Create print-ready artwork aligned with retailer specifications • Create and edit packaging dielines with strong attention to print specifications • Prepare artwork files for production, ensuring accuracy in barcodes and compliance with major retailer requirements • Collaborate with the NPD Manager on packaging direction and final artwork execution • Design assets for promotions and integrated marketing campaigns across retail and digital channels • Develop print media campaigns including advertorials and editorials • Execute creative concepts for product launches in collaboration with the Head of Marketing • Create and edit video content for paid advertising and organic social media • Develop digital assets aligned with campaign objectives and brand identity • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and retail landscape to identify creative opportunities and innovation
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally within beauty, FMCG, or retail industries
- Strong portfolio demonstrating retail, packaging, print, and digital work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects/Premiere Pro preferred)
- Strong video editing capability
- Proven experience creating packaging dielines and preparing print-ready files
- Experience working with major retailers and barcode standards preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and understanding of print production processes
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, brand-driven environment
