• We are seeking a senior professional with a hybrid Salesforce Solutions Architect profile for a strategic project in the Utilities sector.

Job Requirements

  • Experience with Salesforce E&U Cloud architectures in the Utilities sector.
  • Deep knowledge of the regulated Brazilian market, including CCEE, ANEEL, distribution companies, LGPD and compliance regulators.
  • Experience with B2B (High Voltage, SMEs) and B2C (Residential) processes, and designing end-to-end commercial processes (lead-to-cash, switching, dunning).
  • Ability to engage with client C-level executives and SAP architects.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce Industries E&U Cloud, including EPC, Industries CPQ/CLM and OmniStudio.
  • Solid knowledge of integration architectures (REST, SOAP, OData, Platform Events, microservices), SAP IS-U integration patterns (BUT000, EVER, EEINV, BUT0BK), and Saga + BPEM Fallout pattern for transactional rollback.
  • Experience with Salesforce Shield (Platform Encryption, Field Audit Trail, Event Monitoring), Certisign / ICP-Brasil digital signature, and native AWS S3 plugin.
  • Knowledge of Agentforce + Data 360 (generative AI and unified model).
  • Portuguese (BR): Native
  • English or Spanish: A plus (valued).
