Rental Sales Agent

• First point of contact for our customers – friendly, professional, and passionate about sales and service • Greet and guide all customers through the car rental process, building rapport and identifying needs from the first moment • Prepare rental agreements and confidently upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, fuel options, and additional services to maximize every interaction • Meet and exceed sales goals through successful upselling and cross-selling, motivated by performance-based earnings • Handle customer inquiries with urgency and professionalism, always organized, service-oriented, and with a smile

Job Requirements

  • Proven sales talent with upselling and closing experience, motivated by targets and direct customer contact
  • Valuable experience from sectors such as retail sales, hospitality sales, banking, B2B, or car rental, with a service-oriented mindset and a track record of building customer relationships
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and enjoy direct customer interaction
  • Comfortable working in a commission-driven environment and thrive under pressure
  • Willing to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, with a flexible approach to working hours
  • Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record and authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship
