Este rol es esencial para garantizar que nuestros procesos de reclamación sean eficientes y efectivos, contribuyendo así a la satisfacción de nuestros clientes y al éxito de la empresa. - Revisión de la cobertura de daños contratada por el cliente y verificación del informes de daños o protocolos de devolución firmados. - Establecer un primer contacto con los clientes solicitando aclaraciones sobre las circunstancias del incidente. - Recopilar la evaluación de daños mediante informes de expertos o facturas de reparaciones. - Envío de emails de reclamación solicitando compensaciones a clientes y compañías de seguros. - Procesar solicitudes y respuestas de clientes, tanto externas como internas, a través de correo electrónico y teléfono. - Seguimiento de los casos y plazos para recopilar la información solicitada y enviar recordatorios en caso de ser necesario. Qualifications - Experiencia previa en tramitación de seguros o siniestros y/o al menos 1 año de experiencia en trabajos administrativos. - Valorable disponer de estudios en Administración, Turismo o Negocios o similares. - Amplio conocimiento de inglés o alemán (o ambos) y comunicación efectiva. - Organizado y dinámico, capaz de trabajar bajo presión. - Disfruta trabajando en equipo y colabora de manera efectiva con tus compañer@s.
