Role Description ¿Te apasiona el sector de la automoción y el servicio al cliente? En SIXT, buscamos un Agent Damage que se encargue de revisar los archivos de daños generados en nuestras diversas sucursales a nivel nacional. Tu objetivo será recopilar toda la información necesaria para gestionar las reclamaciones de compensaciones por costos de reparación, asistencia en carretera o pérdida, entre otros. Este rol es esencial para garantizar que nuestros procesos de reclamación sean eficientes y efectivos, contribuyendo así a la satisfacción de nuestros clientes y al éxito de la empresa. - Revisión de la cobertura de daños contratada por el cliente y verificación del informes de daños o protocolos de devolución firmados. - Establecer un primer contacto con los clientes solicitando aclaraciones sobre las circunstancias del incidente. - Recopilar la evaluación de daños mediante informes de expertos o facturas de reparaciones. - Envío de emails de reclamación solicitando compensaciones a clientes y compañías de seguros. - Procesar solicitudes y respuestas de clientes, tanto externas como internas, a través de correo electrónico y teléfono. - Seguimiento de los casos y plazos para recopilar la información solicitada y enviar recordatorios en caso de ser necesario. Qualifications - Experiencia previa en tramitación de seguros o siniestros y/o al menos 1 año de experiencia en trabajos administrativos. - Valorable disponer de estudios en Administración, Turismo o Negocios o similares. - Amplio conocimiento de inglés o alemán (o ambos) y comunicación efectiva. - Organizado y dinámico, capaz de trabajar bajo presión. - Disfruta trabajando en equipo y colabora de manera efectiva con tus compañer@s. • Drive B2B Sales • Lead the end-to-end sales process for used vehicles through B2B channels, with a primary focus on maximizing volume, margin, and market penetration • Identify new business opportunities, onboard new dealer partners, and strengthen existing relationships to drive sustained growth • Serve as the primary point of contact for dealership buyers • Build trust-based relationships through consistent communication, reliable service, and deep understanding of client needs • Monitor local market trends and competitor pricing to ensure our vehicle pricing remains competitive and aligns with broader company goals • Proactively identify and address challenges within the remarketing process, from inventory management to buyer concerns

• Develop and maintain a solid infrastructure within the Data Science team focusing on DevOps processes • Establish and extend tools to automate the Data Science Tech Stack to enhance MLOps processes • Ensure reliable and scalable deployment foundation for ML models • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to achieve business goals • Build and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform
