• Calculate and validate incentive and bonus payouts based on defined program rules • Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports to track performance metrics • Extract, clean, and validate data using Excel and SQL • Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and Operations teams • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and automate processes • Maintain accurate records of payouts and adjustments
