Role Description Apoyar el desarrollo, mejora y mantenimiento de una herramienta de estimación de costos basada en datos históricos. Actualmente, la herramienta está construida en Excel e integrada con Power BI para visualización y análisis. El/la practicante colaborará en la estructuración de datos, mejora de plantillas y apoyo en la migración y estandarización de información para permitir un análisis y reporte de costos confiable. Responsabilidades Principales - Apoyar el desarrollo y la mejora continua de una herramienta de estimación de costos basada en datos históricos. - Asistir en la estructuración, limpieza y validación de conjuntos de datos históricos utilizados como insumos para la herramienta de costos. - Crear, actualizar y mantener plantillas de Excel que respalden cálculos de costos estandarizados y la captura de datos. - Apoyar la integración entre los modelos de costos basados en Excel y los dashboards de Power BI. - Asistir en actividades de migración de datos, documentación y mantenimiento relacionadas con datos de activos y costos. Qualifications - Estudiante de 9no o 10mo ciclo de Administración, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines. Requirements - Excel Avanzado, Power Query Avanzado, Power BI Avanzado y VBA (deseable). - Inglés avanzado. - Deseable experiencia previa en prácticas preprofesionales en áreas de analytics, planificación o gestión de datos. - Capacidad analítica y de organización. • Provide a regional execution and operational delivery support for HR Technology across Europe • Ensure stable service performance, SLA compliance, and continuity of critical HR processes, including employee lifecycle and payroll support • Translate regional HR requirements into actionable system solutions • Own the resolution of incidents and service requests • Support change and release activities, including testing, deployment readiness, post-go-live support • Partner with internal and external teams to strengthen support processes, improve operational performance, and identify opportunities to enhance systems, processes, and employee experience

• Provide SAP and Limble application support for Manufacturing, Quality, and Plant Maintenance processes in the EU region. • Act as a functional and technical SME, ensuring alignment between business needs and system solutions. • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements in collaboration with IT and stakeholders. • Translate requirements into functional specifications and support development teams. • Define and support testing activities, including UAT and validation. • Participate in design reviews and ensure solution quality and compliance. • Troubleshoot issues and support incident resolution, acting as escalation point. • Lead small to medium system improvement projects and coordinate deployments. • Support system documentation, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Ensure SLA adherence and effective communication with business users.

• Take ownership of indirect tax compliance across multiple European jurisdictions • Ensure timely and accurate preparation, review and submission of Indirect Tax returns (VAT, ESL, Intrastat) across assigned jurisdictions • Oversee VAT settlement process, including clearing and closing of transactions • Perform and review selected indirect tax postings and settlements (including JE and related payments), ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting and statutory requirements • Support and contribute to setup and maintenance of VAT logic and tax determination in ERP systems (e.g. SAP), working closely with Finance and IT • Participate in and take an active role in VAT-related projects, particularly related to implementation of new regulatory requirements (e.g. e-invoicing, SAF-T, digital reporting) • Ensure execution of Indirect Tax control framework, including monitoring, documentation and continuous improvement of processes • Ensure full VAT compliance for countries under responsibility, including awareness and application of local regulatory changes • Identify risks, gaps and process improvement opportunities, and escalate or drive improvements where appropriate • Provide VAT guidance and support to internal stakeholders • Support internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate provision of documentation • Ensure proper documentation and retention of records in line with compliance requirements • Collaborate within the team and provide guidance and support to less experienced colleagues • Provide backup support across VAT Compliance activities • Perform other tasks and projects as assigned

• Set the strategy, governing, and continuously improving the end-to-end Opportunity to Cash process • Lead and drive transformation through standardization, simplification and automation across the entire process • Own global Opportunity to Cash policies and controls • Benchmark internal performance against industry standards and best practices • Drive optimization of CRM capabilities and ensure seamless, high‑performing integration across platforms

• Support indirect tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to local VAT regulations • Prepare and submit indirect tax returns (VAT, ESL, Intrastat) accurately and within statutory deadlines • Support VAT settlement processes, including clearing and closing transactions • Prepare reclassification journal entries (JE) for indirect taxes in receivable positions • Process manual payments and reimbursement requests, ensuring accurate validation of general ledger accounts • Assist in setting up correct SAP indirect tax rates and system logic • Perform control framework activities related to indirect taxes • Ensure compliance with local VAT regulations for assigned countries • Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and records • Assist with VAT audits, including preparation of requested documents for authorities • Maintain proper record retention in line with legal and company policies • Identify process improvements and propose solutions to enhance efficiency • Analyze and escalate indirect tax issues to the supervisor • Provide guidance and basic advisory support to internal stakeholders • Participate in tax-related projects and initiatives • Provide backup support across the Tax team as needed • Perform other ad hoc tasks or projects assigned by the supervisor

• Own and evolve O-I’s global OpenText platform, ensuring its performance, scalability, and reliability across regions. • Lead a small, distributed team while partnering with business and IT stakeholders to deliver enterprise-grade content management solutions. • Act as escalation point for complex technical issues. • Design and implement scalable ECM solutions. • Ensure platform availability, performance and security. • Lead incident management and root cause analysis. • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define requirements. • Lead ECM projects including upgrades, integrations and migrations. • Ensure compliance with security and data governance standards. • Drive continuous improvement of support and delivery processes.

• Provide furnace audits and campaign life assessments with required reporting defining necessary actions, maintenance requirements, and risk identification for assigned furnaces • Provide technical support and project management for projects including scoping, estimation, design, construction and commissioning • Provide operating and maintenance support for the applicable systems to the facilities • Responsible for complex and significant projects using considerable engineering expertise in furnace and refractory design and hot repair techniques to complete projects with minimal technical oversight • Responsible for the evaluation of furnace condition according to O-I Global Manufacturing fundamentals and O-I Global furnace team standards • Responsible for scoping, supervision and follow-up of design and repair project development through execution • Responsible for realizing the appropriate maintenance actions for assigned furnaces to ensure asset stability & reliability on time, and on budget • Expected to provide input into decisions with potentially significant financial impacts to the business • Follow-up with necessary hot repair documentation, solutions to issues, and supervision of repairs • Exceptional maintenance budget definition and execution for assigned furnaces • Scoping, estimating, design, selection, inspection, and construction supervision of furnace refractories with minimal oversight • Supervision of internal and external engineering staff for the aforementioned areas • Develop detailed and clear scopes of work for engineering projects eliminating all ambiguity • Guide engineers during the production of drawings • Review drawings and Bills of Materials for accuracy and completeness • Mentor engineers and designers in design and audit practices and techniques • Collaborate with Mechanical, Structural, Electrical and Process Control engineering as required • Perform remote and field plant technical assistance activities, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing action plans
