Senior Developer – Salesforce Marketing Cloud
SysMap Solutions
• Develop, maintain, and enhance solutions in Salesforce Marketing Cloud; • Design and implement complex automations, multichannel journeys, API integrations, and connections to multicloud environments; • Develop and optimize integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, internal systems, and other corporate data sources; • Model, structure, and maintain advanced Data Extensions, segmentation processes, SQL queries, Query Studio workflows, and data unification and governance strategies; • Implement Einstein and AI features such as Einstein Engagement Scoring, Einstein Recommendations, and predictive personalization applied to campaigns and journeys; • Conduct A/B and multivariate testing, monitor campaign performance, and recommend continuous improvements based on data, customer behavior, and cross-channel analytics; • Diagnose, resolve, and prevent failures in automations, journeys, integrations, queries, sends, and high-volume campaigns to ensure operational stability; • Support digital solution architecture by evaluating technical impacts, system dependencies, security, data quality, and scalability of implementations; • Serve as a technical reference for the team, mentoring junior and mid-level analysts; • Stay current with Salesforce Marketing Cloud releases, new features, and trends in Einstein, marketing automation, personalization, and AI applied to CRM.
Job Requirements
- Strong experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Mobile, and Advertising);
- Proficient in AMPscript, SSJS, and HTML/CSS for personalization and template development;
- Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP), Marketing Cloud Connect, and integrations with Sales Cloud/Service Cloud;
- Strong knowledge of data modeling, Data Extensions, Contact Builder, and data governance;
- Advanced SQL skills for segmentation, automations, and manipulation of large data volumes;
- Experience designing and building complex multichannel automations and journeys;
- Familiarity with Einstein tools (Engagement Scoring, Recommendations, send optimization);
- Experience in campaign analysis, A/B testing, and using BI tools/Google Analytics;
- Experience troubleshooting high-volume campaigns, integrations, and automations;
- Knowledge of solution architecture and scalability best practices;
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban);
- Minimum of 4 years working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud;
- Marketing Cloud Developer and/or Marketing Cloud Consultant certification (Einstein certifications a plus);
- Continuous learning and staying up-to-date on SFMC, marketing automation, and AI applied to CRM.

• Provide Regional support for assigned Regional Sales Manager • Be able to support Market level needs, be a liaison to the Territory Managers • Assist in closing opportunities and customer contact • Understand Install Base for Warranty, up trade and expansion • Identify key buying influencers and improve CRM data quality • Build and cultivate relationships to facilitate sales opportunities • Manage data for clients in Salesforce.com • Prepare and analyze reports and dashboards
