Sales Manager
Shure Incorporated
• Executing go-to-market strategies that accelerate growth and elevate customer experience. • Lead the execution of Shure’s go-to-market strategy across assigned New York territories. • Collaborate with channel partners to develop and deliver high-impact initiatives that elevate the customer experience. • Drive new customer acquisition and expand existing accounts by guiding qualification, education, and solution selection for Shure’s technologies. • Build strong, collaborative relationships, empower partners with the tools and expertise to succeed, and ensure Shure’s solutions are effectively positioned to meet evolving customer needs. • Achieve revenue targets and advance Shure’s strategic priorities in a fast-paced, competitive market.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales management.
- Working knowledge of the modern retail landscape in assigned territories.
- Experience with Salesforce or CRM/CSP is a plus.
- Able to lead cooperative efforts among members of project teams.
- Collaborative and consultative skills to influence others across several functional areas.
- Able to interact with senior management or executive levels on matters concerning functional areas, divisions, and/or customers.
- Shows thought leadership.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Self-motivated and organized, with excellent follow-up.
- Ability to work both as part of a team and independently.
- Must be located in the region.
- Expect to average 50% travel.
- Experience with preparing and adhering to a budget.
