• Manage, mentor, and coach a team of Data Engineers & Data Application Administrators, fostering technical growth and collaboration. • Leverage expertise on data engineering development and support for the connection and ingestion of data source systems into Shure’s data lake and Enterprise Data Warehouse system. • Develop data transformations and load data from multiple sources into Shure’s data lake and/or data warehousing layer. • Work on problems of diverse scopes where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. • Mentor new associates and lead team in adopting best practices. • Proficiency and hands-on experience with AWS Data Engineering Stack, Snowflake, Informatica IDMC. • Drive CI/CD development and code migration using industry best practices. • Lead Scrum teams under SAFe Agile framework with a strong One Team mindset and accountability culture. • Monitor cloud resource utilization and implement cost optimization strategies. • Knowledge & Experience of AI/ML models and Generative AI techniques for predictive analytics and AI use cases. • Demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. • Work on automation, monitoring, and continuous improvement for DataOps operations. • Support for Shure’s data governance initiatives. • Network with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise. • Quickly learn emerging technologies and industry trends and proactively drive improvements and innovation. • Develop and implement methods and techniques to improve data extract efficiency, quality, and reliability. • Strongly participate in the requirement gathering process with some guidance from Data Engineers for complex integrations. • Work with Data Architects, IT Systems Analysts and Business Data Analysts to design and build flexible, scalable, sustainable data models and analytic solutions that meet business needs. • Convert business requirements into technical solutions leveraging Shure’s data application investments. • Document technical solution proposals and final designs. • Provide high-quality code deliverables that meet the standards, perform technical validation, support functional and user acceptance testing. • Work on continuous process and system improvements to ensure reliability of the data platform. • Provide routine support to business users and functional teams by resolving user Service Desk tickets and Requests in accordance with agreed-upon SLAs. • Document and execute unit test cases and perform unit and regression testing. • Adhere and contribute to general IT processes, procedures, and policies.
• Be the Engine Behind Shure’s Dealer Growth • Partner closely with premium authorized partners and dealer networks • Act as the bridge between Shure’s sales, marketing, and merchandising teams • Ensure partners are actively generating, qualifying, and pursuing high quality leads • Support revenue growth, partner engagement, and overall effectiveness of marketing-to-sales pipeline • Work closely with partner engineers to drive technical awareness and Shure brand building • Execute strategic plans to identify, research, evaluate, and prioritize market leads • Deliver prepared sales messaging for Shure products/solutions to move customers through the buying process • Schedule calls with prospective customers and ensure timely handoffs
• Support Shure’s top strategic integrators with technical expertise, demos, and product training • Work closely with engineering teams at partner organizations to answer technical questions and guide solution design • Collaborate with procurement, marketing, sales, and engineering leadership across multiple accounts • Join high-visibility events (sales kickoffs, education summits, federal summits, private tradeshows, webinars) and present confidently to large audiences • Create compelling presentation content - leveraging tools like Copilot when needed • Troubleshoot technical challenges and help partners navigate Shure’s ecosystem and resources • Serve as a force multiplier for the Strategic Channel Leader across day‑to‑day support and major events
• Reporting to the Manager, Application Development and work closely with IT Customer Experience Team. • Work directly with users, business analysts and other IT team members to understand requirements, assess needs and recommend solutions in a cross-functional manner. • The developer will mostly be responsible for Salesforce related requirements testing and post deployment support. • Build, design and development of new software applications using Salesforce (CSP) Platform using various scenarios between on premise, cloud and hybrid applications • Develops high-level framework that aligns an organizations IT infrastructure with business processes/data to improve the efficiency and productivity of business operations • Explores and builds solutions, applications across functional areas spanning cloud, on premise and hybrid architectures • Establish strong partnership and collaboration with Sales, Service & Repair, Marketing and Customer Service business areas to ensure Salesforce usage and adoption • Support projects and initiatives to deploy new functionality and/or enhance existing functionality • Perform Code Review and Code Optimization on APEX and testing • Create technical design documents from Functional design, also troubleshoot with debugging skills • Document, refine and prioritize business requirements. Performs knowledge transfer as required. • Map requirements to functionality within Salesforce and adjacency ecosystem • Coordinate with Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Platform leads to complete impact assessments and cross-functional alignment • Collaborate with development team to validate that solutions will meet business requirements • Create test cases and test scripts in support of test plan • Coordinate user acceptance testing, reporting and defect prioritization with business leads • Provide routine support for end users related to support tickets accordance with IT SLAs • Perform knowledge transfer and training with team members and business wherever appropriate • Adhere and contribute to internal processes, procedures and policies, as well as expanding internal knowledge on Salesforce functionality used by the company.
• Research and identify potential B2B customers who could benefit from Shure’s AV and IT solutions. • Develop and implement strategies to generate leads through various channels, including webinars, social media, and industry events. • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine prospecting approaches. • Understand and document customer business challenges and needs through active listening and strategic questioning. • Educate prospects about Shure's products and solutions, demonstrating how our offerings can address their AV and IT requirements effectively. • Develop tailored proposals that clearly outline the benefits and value of Shure’s AV and IT solutions for each customer. • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs through effective management of the sales cycle (Opportunity tracking in Salesforce). • Work closely with the sales team, marketing department, customer success, and technical experts to ensure cohesive and comprehensive customer experiences. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics using Salesforce CRM tools.

Proactively monitor expansion and growth opportunities with key accounts. • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing department, customer success, and technical experts to ensure cohesive and comprehensive customer experiences. • Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics using Salesforce CRM tools. • Represent Shure at Industry events and conferences. Act as a thought leader to drive adoption of new technologies and best practices. • Lead customized end-user engagement activations.
