Sales Executive – Early Career, Field-Based

• Start with a portfolio of approximately 50 active customer accounts • Grow existing relationships while identifying new revenue opportunities • Spend time in the field prospecting, meeting customers, and closing new business • Build a strong pipeline through outreach, networking, and referrals • Learn how to deliver value-based solutions to commercial customers • Execute territory plans and consistently meet or exceed sales goals • Partner with internal teams to support onboarding and customer success
Job Requirements
- Recent graduate or up to 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
- Strong desire to build a long-term career in sales
- Competitive, driven, and motivated to win
- High energy with a strong work ethic and resilience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to be in the field and learn through hands-on experience
- Coachable with a true hunter mentality
