Oncology Sales Representative

• Grow and accelerate your career with our Oncology Sales organization and join a team that’s driven to make an impact on cancer patients • Engage with customers to address identified needs • Educate key stakeholders about our oncology products • Communicate with the broader oncology community • Actively work to achieve or exceed assigned sales goals within your territory • Travel to visit with customers in-person and for national sales meetings/industry conferences • Work with the other team members in the territory, attain or exceed the assigned sales goals for the geography • Collaborate with territory counterparts to ensure customers have a seamless experience with our company Oncology • Meet with key stakeholders to understand practice structure, business model, and key influencers, while building business relationships and trust to uncover and comprehend their needs • Employ approved resources and messaging to communicate a compelling, patient-centered rationale for our company Oncology products in their indicated uses
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of sales experience OR a minimum of high school diploma with at least 8 years of equivalent experience
- Equivalent experience can be professional sales experience, work experience in the healthcare/scientific field with oncology experience being strongly preferred (including pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical devices) that is not sales related, professional marketing experience, or military experience
- Valid driver’s license and able to drive a vehicle
- Travel the amount of time the role requires, including overnight travel 10 - 15%
- Reside in or within a reasonable distance to the district

• Serve as the primary point of contact for master clients, building and maintaining long-term relationships with senior management teams. • Gain a deep understanding of clients’ business needs and goals, proactively communicating product requirements to internal teams and providing tailored POS solutions to drive client success and satisfaction. • Identify upsell and upgrade opportunities within existing accounts to expand product adoption and increase customer value. • Recognize expansion opportunities within enterprise restaurant groups and drive new store signings as clients continue to grow. • Assist large clients in completing POS product demos, ensuring they fully understand system capabilities and solution fit for their operational needs. • Support individual store onboarding and go-live processes, ensuring smooth deployment and operational readiness. • Proactively identify and resolve issues related to POS system usage, providing timely support and effective solutions. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt responses to client inquiries and operational challenges. • Deliver comprehensive system training and onboarding guidance to ensure clients are fully proficient in using the POS platform. • Conduct regular training sessions and product update meetings to keep clients informed about new features and enhancements. • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Technical Support, and Operations teams to ensure client feedback is incorporated into product improvements. • Lead regular weekly and monthly client meetings to gather business and product requirements, document feedback, and drive timely follow-up across relevant teams.
