Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote) is responsible for utilizing best-in-class processes aligned with the strategic goals of the company to focus on sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent with speed and accuracy. This role provides an exceptional candidate experience and the highest level of customer service to the company's leadership. - Utilize best-in-class processes to source, attract, and recruit top talent for various positions within the organization. - Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive impression of the company and fostering long-term relationships with potential talent. - Deliver the highest level of customer service to the company's leadership, addressing staffing needs promptly and effectively to meet organizational objectives. - Effectively utilize all available tools and resources to support the recruitment process, including recruitment platforms, sourcing channels, and other resources to attract and engage top talent. - Work to prioritize critical job openings and high turnover departments/locations, ensuring that staffing needs are met in a timely manner to support business operations. - Consistently source high-quality candidates who align with the company's culture, values, and job requirements, providing realistic job previews to ensure candidate fit and satisfaction. - Exhibit the company's core values in every candidate interaction, representing the organization positively and maintaining a strong employer brand in the marketplace. - Complete all required training modules and certifications prior to the due date. - Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed to ensure a safe work environment for all. - Communicate professionally with all internal and external contacts. - Follow all Company policies and execute Company standards on appearance and functionality as well as appropriate brand representation. - Communicate any concerns or issues to leadership to ensure proper efficiency of department and company operations. Qualifications - High School diploma or equivalent required. - Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Requirements - 2+ Years Talent Acquisition, recruitment, or related experience required. - 1+ Years functional experience in ATS systems (Workday preferred) preferred. Skills List - Ability to effectively identify, attract, and engage top talent for various positions within the organization. - Capable of providing an exceptional experience to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive impression of the company and fostering long-term relationships. - Skilled in delivering the highest level of customer service to the company's leadership, addressing staffing needs promptly and effectively. - Proficient at utilizing available tools and resources to support the recruitment process, including recruitment platforms, sourcing channels, and other resources. - Able to consistently source high-quality candidates who align with the company's culture, values, and job requirements. Knowledge - Recruitment tools and technologies, including applicant tracking systems, sourcing software, job boards and social media sites. - Microsoft Office Suite. - Workday Recruiter / Applicant Tracking System.
