• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for high volume sales positions, including sales representatives, account executives, and sales managers.• Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques to identify and attract top sales talent, including online job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and industry associations.• Conduct initial screenings and assessments of candidates to evaluate their qualifications, skills, and fit for specific sales roles.• Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates, assessing their sales acumen, cultural fit, and potential for success within the organization.• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified sales candidates to meet current and future recruitment needs.• Partner closely with hiring managers and sales leaders to understand staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure alignment with business objectives.• Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, serving as the primary point of contact and delivering timely communication and feedback.• Track and analyze recruitment metrics and trends to inform decision-making and optimize recruitment strategies for maximum effectiveness.• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in recruitment and sales talent acquisition, and recommend process improvements as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on high volume sales recruitment.
- Proven track record of success in sourcing and selecting top-tier sales talent.
- Strong understanding of sales roles, responsibilities, and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.

Role Description CareHarmony is seeking an Associate Recruiter to assist with sourcing and onboarding efforts for a variety of roles that support our patients and clients in the world of Chronic Care Management (CCM). Ideal candidates will have experience with high volume recruiting and an agency background. Interfacing with both the business and candidate will be imperative for success in this role. Self-management and understanding of successful recruiting core practices will be expected. This will be fully remote. This role is open due to continuous company growth resulting in a higher demand for talent so that we can continue to provide exceptional care for our growing list of patients. - Hours: Monday - Friday, some flexibility based on time zone, but most of the team is in 8am - 5pm CST - Pay: This role is an associate-level role and starts between $52,000 - $55,000 annually Qualifications - Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics. - Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles. - Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative. - Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. - Knowledge of sourcing effectiveness, screening, interviewing, selection, and candidate assessment techniques. - Demonstrated successful experience directly soliciting passive candidates via the phone or have related inside sales experience. - Driven to achieve and outperform, continuously looking for improvements to exceed targets. - Competitive with the desire to beat established KPI's and be a top performer. - Proficiency using Microsoft Office products and Applicant Tracking Systems/databases. - Minimum of two (2) years of previous work experience is required. - Previous Healthcare Recruiting is a plus. - High-speed internet is required (satellite and 5G-based internet are not accepted).
