Role Description Join Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System as a Remote Epic Application Coordinator (Bridges and Data Courier) and be part of a mission-driven team that’s improving care through innovative technology—no matter where you call home. As an Epic Application Coordinator, you will play a key role in the ongoing success of our Epic Bridges and Data Courier system. You will collaborate with clinical and operational teams to design, build, test, and support Epic applications that enhance patient care and streamline workflows. Your Key Responsibilities: - Design, build, test, and support Epic Bridges and Data Courier workflows and configurations. - Become an expert in Epic Bridges and Data Courier by completing certification and staying current with upgrades and enhancements. - Analyze clinical and operational needs to create tailored solutions within Epic. - Partner with department leads, end users, and IT teams to optimize system performance and usability. - Lead and participate in project planning, workflow design sessions, testing, and go-live support. - Maintain detailed documentation and follow change control procedures. - Collaborate with training teams to create effective user education materials. - Identify, recommend, and implement best practices and process improvements. - Serve as a liaison between vendors, internal teams, and clinical users. Qualifications - Associate degree or equivalent work experience in a related field. - At least 5 years of experience in Healthcare IT. - Ability to complete Epic training and certification within 45 days of course completion. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, or related field (preferred). - 7+ years of Healthcare IT experience (preferred). - Epic Bridges and Data Courier certification (or strong build experience in another Epic module) (preferred). • Provide technical sales execution to the Channel team, Channel partners, technical support, product engineering, R&D and the end customers. • Design and recommend tailored solutions based on a deep knowledge of the portfolio and capabilities to meet customers’ unique needs. • Continuously strengthen existing customer relationships and follow-up on customer complaints in a timely manner according to a defined process. • Know and confidently use basic sales techniques (e.g. communication, active listening, presentation…) • Support the Channel team with customer presentations and demonstrations by serving as the product expert through strong solution competence. • Analyze drive, PLC/HMI motor application problems and initiate effective measures for their solution. • Coordinate activities with related groups to most efficiently achieve objectives to ensure customer satisfaction.
