• Provide technical sales execution to the Channel team, Channel partners, technical support, product engineering, R&D and the end customers. • Design and recommend tailored solutions based on a deep knowledge of the portfolio and capabilities to meet customers’ unique needs. • Continuously strengthen existing customer relationships and follow-up on customer complaints in a timely manner according to a defined process. • Know and confidently use basic sales techniques (e.g. communication, active listening, presentation…) • Support the Channel team with customer presentations and demonstrations by serving as the product expert through strong solution competence. • Analyze drive, PLC/HMI motor application problems and initiate effective measures for their solution. • Coordinate activities with related groups to most efficiently achieve objectives to ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in the application of Low Voltage drives with basic knowledge of Compressors, Pump & Fan, Extruder, Crane, Hoists & Winches, Centrifuge, General Machinery and other applications.
- Exceptional technical application and technical communication skills.
- Understanding of Serial and Ethernet communication protocols (Ethernet/IP, ProfiNet, Etc).
- Programming experience in industrial PLCs (ABB, Rockwell, Siemens, Square D, or others).
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings, common technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, vendors, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
- Requires a valid driver’s license and passport with ability to travel within the territory (Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Alabama) > 50% of the time to customer and end user sites.
- Candidate must already possess a work authorization that would allow them to legally work for ABB in the United States.

Role Description Tharseo IT is seeking a senior OCI Application Engineer (Level III) to support a federal program as a subcontractor to a prime integrator. The engineer will analyze complex system requirements and lead the design, development, and ongoing support of cloud-hosted applications and supporting infrastructure within an established Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environment. This is a hands-on senior engineering role centered on Terraform-driven provisioning of OCI infrastructure, automation of cloud operations, and direct engagement with application owners across development and pre-production environments. The successful candidate will bring deep, production-grade experience with OCI and Terraform and the ability to operate independently within an agile delivery team.
