Role Description Under the direction of the Director of Technology Service Management, the Application Support Engineer is responsible for the daily monitoring, management, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for all the software components of our hosted platform. This position works closely with our infrastructure operations and business development teams to provide end-to-end platform support and application management services. This role is also responsible for a general understanding of products, services, and solutions related to the Association’s application portfolio, platform, and automation tools. Collaborates and engages in activities to assure knowledge development, sharing, leading, and integration within and across the organization as suitable. In this role, you will: - Lead measurement and inspection strategy. - Drive tool and recipe readiness. - Ensure data quality and process control for high-volume manufacturing (HVM), production ramp, and technology development. - Work hands-on with advanced metrology platforms (e-beam, optical, x-ray, etc.) and RDA optical inspection toolsets (eScan/Brightfield/Darkfield/Macro/SP). - Develop robust line monitors, establish statistical controls, detect excursions early, and reduce defectivity. - Partner closely with various teams to standardize best-known methods and ensure scalable solutions.
