• Develop specialist agents coordinated by a supervisor, with agency loops (ReAct) and an auditable decision log. • Build MCP servers that connect agents to operational APIs (.NET) and ML models via OpenAPI contracts. • Implement the MCP Host using LangChain / Semantic Kernel and LLMs via Azure OpenAI. • Implement Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) for high-impact decisions. • Ensure agentic security: per-agent identity (OAuth2), tool-level scopes, idempotency, sanitization against prompt injection, and prevention of PII leakage. • Version prompts (PromptOps) and instrument agent observability (LangSmith or similar). • Integrate with event-driven architecture (Azure Service Bus / Kafka).
• Model and implement the data warehouse and a data lake on S3. • Implement an offline Feature Store (SQL Server, point-in-time correctness) and an online Feature Store (Redis). • Develop ETL/ELT pipelines with versioning, data lineage, and data quality tests. • Evolve existing pipelines and analytical dashboards as the starting point for the data lake. • Integrate event-driven architecture (Azure Service Bus / Kafka) for real-time features. • Support MLOps pipelines (Azure ML, MLflow) in collaboration with ML Engineers.
• Develop tabular ML models for operational decision-making: risk classification (XGBoost), dynamic pricing (gradient boosting), and combinatorial assignment optimization (Google OR-Tools). • Operate models in shadow mode with human-in-the-loop (HITL) validation before any automation. • Build the MLOps pipeline: training in Azure ML, model registry in MLflow, inference deployment (FastAPI/Docker) on AWS, with environment promotion and rollback. • Define metrics and backtesting with point-in-time correctness using the Feature Store. • Implement drift monitoring, automated retraining, and canary/A-B deployment via CI/CD. • Serve models via low-latency inference APIs (online features in Redis), with OpenAPI contracts.
• Support the control and organization of accounts payable and receivable; • Assist with bank reconciliations and the organization of financial documents; • Support HR operational activities; • Ensure the organization and upkeep of administrative and financial records; • Support hiring and offboarding processes by organizing documents and records; • Assist with timekeeping and calculation of benefits (transportation allowance, meal allowance, etc.); • Monitor payroll processes.
